The Study On Settlements Change Of Around Chenggong University City In View Of Sociology

In recent years, city of China is experiencing rapid growth both in economy and education which are needed to gradually expand, so the campus city came into being in this background. Today, academic research to the campus city has become a popular topic in China. Campus city is not only the centre of scientific research, academic and education but also loaded the social, cultural, economic and other factors. China's campus city are often built in the urban fringe area, so solving the settlement change surrounding campus city from countryside to urban is an important problem.Langjiaying Village changes the settlement from countryside to urban, where changes include not only material aspects such as architectures, space form, but also non-material aspects such as the social structure, cultural custom and life style. Therefore the study of changes in Langjiaying Village Campus city has the theory and practical significance for campus city settlement change.By the researching of settlement change in Chenggong campus city Langjiaying village, making use of interface sight in architecture and sociology, this thesis investigates the development rule and characteristics of settlement change in Chenggong campus city Langjiaying village from aspects of the'social','Architecture' and 'person' and analyses internal mechanisms and factors of settlement change in many ways and conclude the rule, characteristics and exist problems when transition from native habitat to urban community.This paper starts from the research of "chenggong campus city and Langjiaying community" which is an example of settlement change, and this paper includes five sections. The first chapter, introduction chapter introduces the research background, purpose and meaning and sorts related research currently at home and abroad, and describes specific research contents, characteristics and significance of related concepts. The second chapter mainly study society transition caused by building the campus city around Langjiaying village and analyses it from'home','agricultural','industrial', 'commercial' and other aspects. The third chapter describes the settlement form transition of Langjiaying, which make a contrast and summary for the private living space, public communication space, production space and the all settlement form changes in space before and after transition. The fourth chapter discusses the related policy of removal and land compensation in transition of Langjiaying village and points out the main contradiction and resolving the problem of employment of peasants who lose their land and then analyses that. Finally, the fifth chapter concludes the characteristics and rules in settlement change arrounding the campus city and give a corresponding developing advisement taking Langjiaying community as an example.
