Rationalization of rural residential layout during the development of both urban andrural areas need to achieve, but also an important symbol of a new socialistcountryside.Mountain traditional village settlements where research is relatively small, but for urban and rural development, strengthen regional economy plays an importantrole. In this paper, the study area is Jiangjin Zhongshan Town Village,Is a typicalmountain village tradition.Dragon Village-based land-use types of data and data ofvillage settlements,Landscape ecology and GIS methods,Respectively, from the size ofresidential settlements, distribution and shape of the three aspects of the study areasettlements spatial analysis, geting the status settlement pattern characteristic of thevillage community settlements. And further in terms of landforms, traffic, economiclevel, and population distribution starting,Factors that affect the layout of the residentialstudy area were analyzed and compared, ultimately select the slope, roads and farmlandthese three settlements layout of the study area is relatively large influence factors.Bybuffer analysis and overlay analysis,Realization of the study area, residential spacelayout optimization. The dragon village settlements into priority development area, focusing on the development of the region, the development of regional and relocationarea retains four regional types. The results showed that:(1)In the scale of residential settlements, Tong village settlement scale residentialcommunities differentiation significantly larger residential village communities incentral and northern settlement scale, small scale community residential settlements inthe south;(2)In the distribution of residential settlements, residential settlements DragonVillage north-central region of relatively dense communities, villages and settlements insouthern and northern communities relatively sparse;(3)In the shape of residential settlements, most of Dragon Village residentialcommunity shapes are irregular settlements, affected by natural and human factors, settlement development has a certain blindness and randomness;(4)Study area residential layout and gradient associated with the increase in theslope of the distribution of the degree of gravity and concentration of settlementsgenerally showed a decreasing trend, showing the distribution of settlements affected bythe slope;(5)Strong research area settlements directional distribution of moderntransportation, with increasing distance from roads, residential weight distributionshowed a decreasing trend, there has been a linear distribution along the road layoutpattern of distribution of modern residential strong directional traffic;(6)Distribution of the study area has a strong residential farmland directivity, withincreasing radius buffer farmland, residential distribution scale is gradually shrinking, gathering more and more sparse;(7)Long village settlements constructed space optimize the layout, select slope, roads and farmland these three natural and economic elements to the study area isdivided into priority development areas, key development areas, reserved area and therelocation of four types of development zones.
