Before the reform and opening up of China city, the "unit" not only is a workplace, but is an important field for the life of vast majority staff and workers. Unit system fills in the area with a vacuum between nation and personal, and adapt to the demand which come from social and political integration at the same time. Unit system becomes a passageway of organization which distributes the resource, connecting with nation and common members of society, and enhancing social control of nation. Some academics concerned with the study of Chinese interpersonal relationship, but only interpreted independently the interpersonal communication modes, and ignored the macro-institutional background. With the neighborhood of unit system change as the breakthrough point, this text discusses contemporary Chinese characteristic of interpersonal relationship and interpersonal interaction in the background of macro-social change.
