| Weightlifting movements in modern competition includes snatch and clean and jerk whose technique feature plays a vital role in weightlifting scores. Weightlifting is a predominant sport in China. In 2008 Olympic Games, Chinese national team won 8 gold medals, with a total number 15 being set, which is a magnificent success. Weightlifting is a traditionally predominant sport in Shandong Province. Shandong female weightlifting athletes Tang Gonghong and Liu Chunhong have won gold medals more than once and created a great success. Snatch is an important race mode in weightlifting competition as well as the first one to start, whose scores exerts great influence on the final scores of the whole weightlifting competition. Snatch technical feature analysis is of great significance to improve athletic performance, and promotes the long-term development of weightlifting.In recent years, lots of research has been done on the snatch techniques by the scientific research personnel, which mainly focus on the analysis of the snatch technical movement of those outstanding athletes home and abroad. The research patterns include the research on the gravity distance and the center of gravity shift between the bar and the athletes, and the muscle exertion characteristics as well as the muscle electrical characteristics during each phase of snatch, along with the comparison of snatch technique among the outstanding athletes home and abroad, etc. However, there is little research on the women weightlifting athletes in Shandong Province. The thesis targets the four athletes in Shandong Province who took part in the 2010 National Women Weightlifting Championship. According to the bar and body gravity changes and kinematic parameter variation of athletes'physical main parts during the snatch, the thesis aims to analyze the snatch technique features of the athletes. The research finds out that:⑴According to the research on the gravity distance between the bar and the athletes, there is a great difference among the four athletes. According to the biomechanics principle, the closer the bar press the vertical, the bigger straight-up pull the bar will be under; on the contrary, the bigger range the bar move forward or backward, the bigger component force the bar will be under which is caused by the deviation from the straight up pull. In this way, long gravity distance between the bar and the athletes will lead to no lift or influence the score.⑵According to the research on the center-of-gravity path of the body and the bar, both the four athletes'physical center of gravity and the bar's center of gravity deviate from the vertical reference line, and generally show unstable characteristics. In this way, the athletes have to bounce back to adjust the gravity distance between the bar and the athletes. However, it is generally believed that the action of bouncing forward or backward manifests the instability of the athletes. According to the research on the physical main joint angle, the variation trend of the joint angle of the four athletes correspond with the snatch technique features in every phase of the snatch process. However, during the different phases of snatch, different athletes differ in the changes of each joint.⑷According to the research on the bar speed in all links during snatch process, the straight-up pull that the athletes exert on the bar during the phase of pull is far bigger than the pull exerted in another two phases. This corresponds with the pull technique characteristics, i.e. the phase of pull is when the athletes exerts the maximum pull during the snatch. |
