Objectives:Scientific training has become the inevitable trend in the development of sports training,all countries' coaches and researchers are actively explore the objective laws of sports training.To study evaluation modes of our country elite man weightlifter's snatch technique in-depth and systematically.Get the elite male weightlifting athletes evaluation parameters of snatch technical indicators,In order to provide theoretical reference for snatch technology scientific diagnosis and evaluation as well as the scientific training,to improve the scientific level of men's weightlifting training in our country.Methods:The data for this study were collected from major domestic weightlifting games in recent years(2011 the national weightlifting championships,The 2012 national championship and Olympic trials,2013 National Men's Weightlifting Championships and the 12 th National Games preliminaries),As the research objects were the top six of snatch project athletes in first four categories:56kg category,62 kg category,69 kg category,77 kg category.Theirs 3D technique video were shooting.A total of 38 athletes,95 trials.Using questionnaires,expert interviews,film video analytic method and mathematical statistical method to Research evaluation mode of our country man elite weightlifter's snatch technique.Results:1.The maximum height of the barbell,the Start height of the second pull,the height at peak vertical velocity increased with the increase of weight categories,but no significant differences were found between each weight category in the relative height of each evaluation indicators.2.This study established monadic regression equations which was On the basis of 38 elite athletes successful lifts under 100% strength were athletes' height and The maximum height of the barbell and athletes' height and the Start height of the second pull,The equation after inspection has the significant significance(P < 0.01).3.The Start height of the second pull and the heights at peak vertical velocity were positively correlated with the maximum height of the barbell,so the Start height of the second pull and the height at peak vertical velocity are the important factors influencing the barbell maximum height.4.The sorting of our country light category man elite weightlifter's barbell velocity growth rhythm of each phase during the pull as follow: first pull phase >second pull phase >transition phase.First pull phase and second pull phase is a major phase of barbell velocity growth,the sum velocity growth of the two phases on average 88% of the barbell peak vertical velocity.5.There were no significant differences between successful and unsuccessful lifts of elite athletes in horizontal and vertical displacement of the barbell trajectory under the same barbell load(P>0.05),different athletes Show the different barbell trajectory,draw a Vertical reference line from barbell starting point,Some athletes barbell trajectory through the vertical reference line,some not,different barbell trajectory between different athletes Show that there are individual differences between elite athletes Snatch technique.
