Blended Learning evolved from E-learning is a teaching implement strategy by compressively using different learning theories, various technologies & means and many kinds of application modes. The aforesaid learning strategy integrates properly two typical teaching modes say face-to-face classroom learning and on-line learning, which can effectively conquer the disadvantages that originated from the teacher-centered passive classroom learning and also shall offset the demerits of the E-learning of which the usage scope is insufficient to consequently achieve the aim of students-centered high efficiency classroom, which has been the main trend of application upon communication technology.Senior high school English courses should attach great importance upon improving the capability of thinking in English minded and writing. Unfortunately, teaching of writing has always being a weak point of the English teaching, so hereby one phenomenon that is students are bored when hearing writing assignment and teachers feel extremely annoyed when giving instructions is prevalent, which mainly comes from two major problems as follows: Firstly, writing is both time-consuming and difficult for students to feel timely the joy from successful writing; Secondly, the writing methodology applied by teachers can never fully arouse the interest of the students, so enthusiasm and cooperation is failed to be cultivated. In a word, how to improve both the writing teaching of English and also the faculty of students in writing is a hard nut need to be urgently cracked.This article applies Blended Learning mode to High school English writing teaching, aiming at the characteristics of high student learning English writing teaching to design for Blended Learning model and a semester of experiments. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition and connotation Blended Learning, Blended Learning research theoretical basis, the high school English writing teaching current situation analysis and points out the defect existing in writing teaching. Then, mainly introduces preparations for the Blended Learning and teaching implementation of the key link: analyze the characteristics of learners in order to understand the learners'characteristic; set teaching target and the teaching unit; perform learning activities'design; design the teaching evaluation. This article selects the experimental object, and according to the detailed design of Blended Learning mode, design the teaching case to test the new mode of effectiveness research. Experimental results show that the new model's teaching quality improves compared to the original model's, and the application of new pattern improves learners'autonomy and cooperative learning ability, thus,have really realized the purpose with the teacher as the supervisor, learners as the main body of learning.The research shows that Blended Learning is one way to improve the dissatisfactory Senior High English Education of writing in China. Study on Blended Learning's application and has an important reference value and practical significance for the active reform of Fundamental Education.
