The Research Of Ideological And Political Education In Universities Under The Concept Of People First

As the innate character and the core of scientific outlook on development,the concept of people first just like a light that could shed the road of our societies'comprehensive development brightly. In 2004,in the paper of 'the propose about how to further and strengthen the ideological and political education in universities', the State Concil indicated that there were also some weak links in our societies'ideological and political education. To further and strengthen these links was very immnent. In 2005, on the meeting of further and strengthen the ideological and political education of university students, our Comprade Hu Jintao pointed out,'We must establish the concept of human-oriented firmly. Let university students could develop from every aspect and play their part for our society. Also, this task must be aheaded.'So, it is very important to research ideological and political education in universities on the concept of people first. At the same time, it is a key point that whether we could put the ideological and political education in universities on the concept of people first.Researching ideological and political education in universities on the concept of people first could not only promote traditional education, but also could broadcast the new theory of Marxism. Being people first in the ideological and political education, we must pay attention on the essence of people, the needs of people and the theory of people's comprehensive development, treat people as the starting point and as the ending point. For university education, people first is student-oriented. In addition, as China's economic and social development, university studengts faces a variety influence and challenge on ideas and concepts. It is being a urgent problem that how to help university students establish a correct concept and put them to a right direction through ideological and political education.It is noteworthly that although we are being constantly implement the concept of people first in our societies'ideological and political education in university, there are also many problems exist in practice. Such as the neglecting of students dominant position and their individual differences, teaching method focused on indoctrination, there are weak levels in educatd target for neglecting students difference, students'minds and safety should be attentioned more are the obvious phenomenons. For the current situation in ideological and political education in university, this paper attempts to research the significance of people first concept fully implement in ideological and political education through its profound meaning. Based on the problem which exist now, this paper also wants to propose some suggestions. These suggestions include that paying attention to target levels, focusing on students' harmonious character and their comprehensive development, enchancing the education of students'minds and their safety from the point of educated concent, promoting the way of grooming law, individual educated law, self-educated law and so on. Through these suggestions, all students could be valued in ideological and political education.To adopting these innovations, this article aims to lead the ideological and political education in university to a new direction, then achieve the purpose of let each student develop from every aspect.
