In the 21st century, one of the trends in higher education development is informatization and digitization, network teaching platform is the important manifestation and components of university digital construction. Construct a mature perfect digital campus not only to provide complete hardware facilities, and more important, to use these devices effectively for teacher's daily teaching and students'independent learning in information environment.Network teaching platform is a microcosm of college information; it is a system platform which includes teaching, management and services. It not only provides technical support for course selection and teacher evaluation, but also provide good environment for assistance teaching and independent study, communication and interaction between teachers and students to.In the early 2006, Henan L College introduced the sky network classroom to assist teaching and management, in recent five years, we have acquired some achievements, but there still exists many problems. There are many factors that hinder the application of the network teaching platform. It's a problem set before us that how to promote the network teaching platform effectively.This thesis is based on the promotion of innovation theory of Rogers and Ely's eight conditions conducive to the implementation, from the development of domestic and international network teaching platform to analyze the framework and function of network teaching platform in Henan L colleague. According to preliminary data collection and the preliminary understanding for the network teaching platform in L College, use questionnaires and interviews, explicate the influence factors for effective application the network teaching platform of L College deeply and systematically. According to the results of the questionnaire and interviews, proposed some improvement measures and strategies.Whether the network teaching platform is able to apply effectively or not directly affects the information construction and university digital process, the impediments factors investigation and research can provide important guidance for the further promotion and application of network teaching platform in university. Therefore, this study has important theoretical and practical significance.The origin of the innovation diffusion theory is the human sociology in Europe, with the further research, many academic fields started to pay attention and introduce the innovation diffusion theory. Promotion of innovation theory referred in this study is based on Rogers's, it is the process that a new thing through specific channels of communication, and gradually to be understand and used by specific community members. As an innovation for technologies and concepts, university network teaching platform play an important role in daily teaching and management in colleges and universities, but applicant a new thing in the initial stage is not all that as people wanted, in the promotion process it will encounter many obstacles. The purpose of this study is to find these factors, and provide valuable information for further improve the application of network teaching platform in college.By realizing the application situation of the network of classroom in L College, bond with the innovation research on the impact of the promotion process and factors by Rogers and other scholars, designed the questionnaire and interview outline, teachers'and students'questionnaires were included 7 index and 5 index respectively. After the questionnaire distribution, collection and sorting, with SPSS17.0 statistical software, analysis the current situation that teachers and students using the platform in L College. There comes to some conclusions: the current situation of teachers'and students'use the network teaching platform was still far from being satisfactory, many teachers and students yet don't know the function of network teaching platform, yet not mastered the operating techniques for network teaching platform. Existing teaching resources and network environment is the main factors to effect the teachers'and students'cognitive of network teaching platform, the second is the perfect appraisal mechanism and incentive measures, too much time requirement and high technical requirement, etc; For students, whether the teacher can upload diverse forms and the up-to-date study material and whether they can respond the student's message promptly were largely affected the students'enthusiasm of using network teaching platform.Combined analysis the results of the questionnaire and the interviews, the author put forward strategy of promoting college network teaching platform apply effectively: to do a good job for promotional work, establish the teaching database, rich the resource for learning, conformity teaching resources, innovation teaching mode, and constantly improve the network environment, increase the access speed of the campus network, perfect the evaluation mechanism and incentive measures for network teaching platform using, Also we should change the training pattern, and enrich the training content. At the end of the study, carding and sort out the research process, put forward the main innovative points: set the innovation diffusion theory as the theoretical foundation have more pertinence and effectiveness; broader the space for diffusion of innovation in educational technology; combine questionnaire and interview research, the study has a strong intuitive and convincing. As well as discussed the further studies.
