Bullying is a special type of aggressive behavior and a common occurrence among high school students. Many studies indicate that primary and secondary schools are bullied by a period of relatively frequent occurrence. Western educators in many countries have carried out extensive exploration activities for this, they have done a more specific research for the way of bullying, Occurrence, characteristics of gender differences, age, characteristics, causes, bullying and family, school and peer groups, and other aspects . The China scholars, Zhang Wen Xin also did the research of the universality of the bullying took place in china students including their age, gender, urban-rural differences, bullying type and related factors, the attitude of young people on bullying, bullying and social status of those affected by bullying and other issues. This article based on survey of the basic situation of students bullying is to explore the bully's behavior motivation, behavior of the source, and the bullying incident between groups of other issues.The study found the following key issues:1,Form of bullying among middle school students varied. Bullying took place for the classroom, playground, bedroom, hallway, bathroom, carport, or the bedroom floor, behind the school building, outside the school. The frequency of bullying were frequent, more frequent, there are also occasional. The results show that bullying is more common in secondary groups.2,Bullying grade difference mainly reflected in the seventh and eighth grade bullying occurs most frequently, the ninth grade were at least. In the event the number of on bullying, boys were more than girls. In the roles of the participants in bullying incident, the bully boys significantly were more than girls, while the number of onlookers, the girls significantly were more than boys. In bullying form, using direct physical bullying boys was significantly higher than girls, but girls use verbal bullying and indirect bullying way more.3,Bullying were divided into two categories: ordinary attackers, or one was attack by bullies. Those of normal attackers were desperate, irritability, in violation of discipline, character, high-handed, easy to dislike others, and love to stir up trouble. Attackers were shown by the bullies of anxiety, insecurity, poor self-perception and negative peer relationships. Bully's grades were not good, and they were unpopular at school. For the choice in the way of solving the problem, the bully was less effective strategies, and more aggressive strategy.4,This survey showed that parents who were bully-type doting parents. The bully's friends were not only in the school, but also outside the school . One of the bullied was honest students, the second was stubborn, and the third category was the students themselves who have a problem. Companion to the bully's attitude was complex, most of the students conditionally accepted bully ,and the others refused to accept the bully, even a small part were fear of the forces in the bully, and to cling to them.5,In bullying incidents, the bullying of other students in the course of the participants played different roles, including co bully, who stir up trouble, stay out and protector. The role of bully participants in bullying incident were divided into positive effects on the whole, and the reverse effect. Positive effect was that when bullying occurs, the students crowd around, bully will feel embarrassed and want to end bullying, reducing bullying time, or reduce bullying, or simply leave. Negative effect was more people around the circumference of view, the more likely arouse the desire to bully, bullying behavior will be more severe. A small number of participants around bullies did not feel.
