The Reconstruction Of Rural Community's Public Characer Against A Background Of "village-to-community"residence.

As China's economic development and urbanization continues to accelerate, the tentacles of urban expansion has been extended to rural areas, and the rural areas has entered a new stage of development. From the 1990s,some provinces and cities in China carry out the work of "Village-to-Community" in order to meet the new situation of the rural work after village-level administrative division adjustment and tax reform,and Chinese rural areas involved in the wave of urbanization whether active or passive."Village-to-Community" is a new community model which emerges during the urbanization process. It is a microcosm of the expansion of urban areas to rural areas and surrounding villages in the urban-rural dual structure. It is different from either the traditional rural communities or the urban community. In the political, economic and social development, and many other aspects,it has the characteristics of both urban areas and rural areas,and is the combination of the two, it's the "semi" of the transformation of rural communities to urban communities.The emergence of the "Village-to-Community" makes an unprecedented impact on community shape, structure, production,life and other aspects,and the community public as the basis of the existence and development of "community-society " also changes fundamentally. Open space in rural communities becomes occluded, the influx of migrants breaks the interaction mode of " acquaintance society. ",the governance of the traditional village changes...all the changes take a far-reaching impact on the identity, sense of security, cohesion of the community resident.This paper attempts to study systematically on community structure, management,governance and other aspects of the "Village-to-Community" through literature studies, interviews, questionnaires and other research methods from the perspective of the community public of "Village-to-Community",to find the profound impact which urbanization brings rural society,and then provide a beneficial thinking for the community building during the urbanization process in China.
