Studies On The Development Of Community's Self-organization In The "Village To Habitat" Community

Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization has sped up, many areas has changed villagers' committee into community neighborhood committees, implementing a series of "village to habitat" project. The "village to habitat" community is different from the original rural village community as well as the general city community, which has presented a transformation of the characteristic in the population structure, values and living habits. The community's self-organization and social problem has the double feature of the rural community and the city community.Community's self-organization is the key type of community organization. The development of self-organizations in the community is an important goal to measure the ability of autonomous community and self-service ability. In this context, this research takes the self-organizations in the community of the city B in Shandong province as the research object. By the way of interviewing we obtained research data, which can tell us the quantity and variety of " the village to habitat " community's self-organization, analysis of the function of self-organization in "village to habitat" community, and the relationship within community's self-organization,government and residents committee; Perspective of Self identity and dilemma of development which the community's self-organization is facing. At last the constructive countermeasures are put forward.
