Research The Construction Of Sport And Leisure Systems In Main City Of Chongqing

With the fast developing of the social, people can be liberated from hard work and recreation is becoming an important part of the daily life. But while the leisure time and income has growth in our urban, the increasing demand of recreation has not got a right guidance and"playing mahjong"and"repast"is still the main content of recreational activity. City as a main carrier of human beings distribution and living, bear the living habits and needs change. As increasing in income , education and leisure time level, people ask the city to assume their recreational needs better. Yet there is still lack of sports and leisure systems, inadequate infrastructure, imbalance allocation of resource in the supply of sports and leisure products. In the rapidly developing society, a huge life and work pressure has posed a serious health problem, especially in our country. because of the traditional attitude of leisure,"lack of exercise"in our residents is widespread. Construction of sports and leisure systems is an important means of turning people's attitude of relax, improving the urban functions and the inhabitants health status .Otherwise, it is also the development target of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the strategic target of constructing"health Chongqing". In this context,I choose the issue of"Research the Construction of Sport and Leisure Systems in Downtown of Chongqing"Firstly, contracting an overview of domestic and international sports and leisure development scale and research profiles by reading a lot of literature, and then extract the characteristics of supply and demand which is the core of the sports and leisure system. Further, according to the analysis of specific examples of the sports and leisure development, taken Taiwan and Fuyang as the examples, analyzing the reasons for their respective achievements to guide the construction of sports and leisure system in Chongqing. In order to clarify the sports and leisure needs and the status quo of residents , I choose a random sample of residents to do questionnaires and depth interviews. And the outcomes show that the characteristics like these below: the participants of sports and leisure mainly is elderly; the consumption base on public goods; per capita of public resource is small; the venue's openness is low. The represent sports and leisure products mainly centralize on the public goods, and the distribution is affected by the special geographic setting of Chongqing.On the basis of the above research, constructing the sports and leisure system in Chongqing like follow: contacting the consumer and the supplier through product distribution channels; constructing support system contain information systems, universities, research institutions, training institutions and intellectual; combining system and the financial, technical support, consulting services, organizational management, and cultural training as auxiliary.I hope that the results of this study could provide some useful help on the construction of sports and leisure systems, promoting the changes in concept of urban sports and leisure and improving the urban functions.
