In the 1980's, worldwide focuses and researches related with teachers'reflection show that teaching reflection can promote teachers'expertise. At the same time, the implementation of the new curriculum can accelerated the calling of reflective teacher. How to cultivate and improve teaching reflection ability, to make teachers choose teaching method, optimize teaching ideas, better teaching effectiveness, improve the teaching skills and improve teaching behavior is an important research subject about professional development of teachers currently.In recent years, researches on this topic inside and outside of China are increasing gradually Such a Phenomenon is lack of demonstration research, Particularly for beginning teachers'teaching reflection is less, and this paper attempt to make some study in this regard.This paper selects some primary schools in Xinyang as a case, through questionnaires, interviews, literature, researches the ability to teaching reflection for beginning teachers, analyzes the existing problems and their causes, and puts forward some strategies to solve the problem.The first part, it probes the feasibility from the theory novice teachers'reflection. First, it explains the theoretical basis for reflection on teaching. Second, it combs the nature of beginning teachers, and finally discusses the characteristics of beginning teachers'reflection.The second part, I study the problems of the beginning teachers in the teaching reflection. Through the survey relay, there are major problems for novice teachers in Xinyang:the narrow perspective of teaching reflection, the breadth and depth narrow of teaching reflection contents, shallow and the single of teaching methods. This affects the capacity development of novice teachers in primary school.The third part, it analyzes the reason for the problems respectively, it explain the two aspects from internal and external factors. They include the lack of theoretical training, teaching reflection skills. The external factors are that it has not yet formed a good teaching reflection atmosphere and it continues traditional teacher evaluation system. These factors restrict the ability of the development of teaching reflection for beginning teachers.The fourth part, based on analysis of the reasons, it puts forward to solve the teaching reflection ability of beginning teachers. First, it should improve the quality of beginning teachers teaching theory when curriculum reform occurs. Second, to improve the skills of beginning teachers'reflection based on the way of Followed by the school's proposal:it implements micro-teaching to reflect teaching skills. Third, the schools should create a good atmosphere for teaching reflection. Third, schools should use formative assessment system.
