The Plum flower boxing, as a physical and mental combining sports, has its unique training and health preservation measures. In May 2006, The Plum flower boxing, as'China's first state-level non-material cultural heritage'was been protection and successively investment by The State Council and local governments. However, Owing to historical reasons, The plum flower boxing techniques has not been open teaching, rarely has known to the outside world. So far, the research or comprehensively analysis on The plum flower boxing training method has not been seen.The techniques of five postures in The plum flower boxing,are the representative characteristics. it would be more development opportunities in this age and also changed the history of no research on The plum flower boxing techniques if the five postures techniques and health effect were been study and opened.At the same time, it has laid a solid foundation,for further mining arrangement and protection plum flower boxing this excellent cultural heritage.This study through the literatuer material, experts interview, field investigation, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey and experimental on the five postures of plum flower boxing the basic theory, techniques and methods. From multidisciplinary and perspectives to research the five postures techniques requirement and different effects.The results of this study are as follows:1 From the influence of five postures to human body and related to 'Baduanjin qigong'and'Wuqinxi qigong',can be seen that Shunshi posture for lung (gold),Aoshi posture for liver (wood), BaiShi posture for kidney (water), Xiaoshi posture for heart (fire), Kuashi posture for the spleen (earth) are relatively more reasonable. 2 Through the research on five postures, we can draw a result:five postures can keeping the spinal upright, increasing human energy, improving muscle, ligament. although five postures belongs to 'build base'stage, cannot be used to combat. But the five postures techniques can promote the body gravity stability, strengthen waist and hip muscle strength and flexibility, establishment of lumbar spinal centered'skeleton pathways',enhance human perceptions and fighting ability.3 To the health effects, five postures action through different postures can increase diaphragmatic moving range, enhance pulmonary ventilation, improve the respiratory function, and the related organs, meridian, and raised irritant of acupuncture point.Its exercises demand in spinal has extend and corrective action to prevent cervical spondylosis and related disease occur.
