With the developing of the economics system in our society, the progressing of the sport's industry, matches is playing an increasingly important role in the world, its function is drawing more and more attention, mactches could bring changes to the society, it could also bring benefits in both social and economic. By reading materials,interviewing experts,comparison,logic,the theory of management in modern society,marketing,philosophy,sports economics,sports management and so on, working as a refree in CUVA,in the hope of accelerrate CUVA'S development.It contains the following parts:the CUVA's marketing conceptcharacteristics;the main problems it faces;for CUVA'S development.Conclusions:the current managing system is not perfect;the matches differs a lot,with different athletes and coaches;audience is so few;different opinions towards narketing restrict CUVA's marketing development;the relationship with medias is so simple;the match system is not well, affect the schools willing;economic resources is few.Suggestions:Reconstruct the managing system, reforming rules and doucuments;making more coaches working as the sole, trying to promote them;setting up volleyball clubs in the university, encouraging the athletes working better;absorbing more and more people love volleyball;Providing more rights for the sponsor, trying to letting more willingly;strengthen the relationships with the medias;reforming the macth system, developing the first group;making CUVA the famous match, enbroad its economic resources;making more contact with the experts, developing itsability.
