Today, with the continuous improvement of the competitiveness, high blocking, high jumping have made the competition more intense, but also put forward higher requirements to the athletes’physical training, psychological quality and sports skills. In volleyball competitions, the load intensity that one can bears mainly depends on one’s ordinary raining. Due to a lack of theoretical reference about volleyball load intensity index, evaluate athletes’training load intensity is very hard. Pre-match training is the most important part of the training period. Heart rate index is simple and convenient to operate. What’s more, it has no damage for athlete. In that way, heart rate can be seen the most simple and feasible method to master athletes training intensity. So heart rate index is regarded as an important index to evaluate training and match load intensity. This paper will make a whole-process monitor to the training and game about athlete’s heart rate, coupled with the presence of athletes, subjective feeling to reflect the practice training of volleyball game load strength and provide reference basis for the combination of training and competition.Conclusions about this thesis as follows:1. In preparing part, the pre-match training’s preparing heart rate of men’s volleyball team in Beijing sports university and the capital university’s volleyball league were concentrated in the120-139times/min (small intensity range) and140-159times/min (moderate interval), both have significant differences. Average heart rate in preparation part of the pre-match training is lower than capital university volleyball league. There is obvious difference between the lowest heart rate and the maximum heart rate.2. In fundamental part, the pre-match training’s average heart rate of men’s volleyball team in Beijing sports university and the capital university’s volleyball league were concentrated in the140-159times/min (moderate interval). The maximum heart rate range focus on 180-189times/min, average heart rate in fundamental part of the pre-match training is lower than capital university volleyball league. The trend of load intensity is becoming more big.3. By contrasting overall training and competition’s data, we found that the training load intensity of pre-match is lower than match. In training before the match, every athletes average training intensity are lower than their own optimal heart rate. These results are familiar with basketball and shooting game.4. In five league games, there was big significant difference in preparation part about average heart rate, heart rate, maximum heart rate. While fundamental and ending part have no difference.5. There were big significant differences in peak heart rate between the pre-game and Beijing University League match. The result shows that the University League peak heart rate is higher than before the training peak heart rate in preparation part.
