Dual energy Xray absorptiometry measurements was decided the standards method in this study.Body index and Bioelectrical impedance analysis measurements and skinfold thickness method of the projection results were correlated with the standards method;studied and explored the discipline of body fat distribution whom were the different size, gender pupils of different developmental levels;analysized the different methods for the primary difference between the results of body fat percentage and the relevance of various methods. This study was looking for students to use simple, effective and accurate evaluation of body fat and body fat proportion method and the formula suggested to provide methodological basis.231 pupils were selected for this study as the research object, filmed left wrist X films, interpreted films by the Chinese-05 filmreading method, determined the extent of their development;then grouped by the BMI(underweight, normal, overweight, obesity). The same subjects, body composition index was measured by the BIA,DEXA,BMI and skinfold thickness method. Data were analyzed with spssl3.0.Conclusion:1. As the increase of the body full extent, the pupils, body fat percentage, circumference and skinfold thickness are on the rise. But the magnitude of increase is different, the largest increase is abdominal.2. Bone age 6-12 bodys all parts of the body skinfold thickness, body fat percentage and body fat were higher than girls, but no significant difference.3. BIA measurents, skinfold thickness of the original formular for the estimation of the age and relevance of DEXA measurments is better, but the consistency is poor.4. This stydy predicts the pupils percentage of body fat by simple morphological parameters and skinfold thickness, the prediction equations have fairly good validity and relizbility, they are as follows:Bone age 6-8 (girls): BodyFatPercentage=-53/063+1.997×BMI+0.645×waist circumferenceBody Fat Percentage=3.919+0.715 X suprailiac skinfold+0.592 X triceps skinfoldBone age 6-9 (boys):Body Fat Percentage=-48.186+2.311×BMI+0.434×waist circumferenceBody Fat Percentage=9.102+1.034×abodominal skinfoldBone age 9-11 (girls):Body Fat Percentage=-42.875+2.121×BMI+37.725×WHRBodyFatPercentage=16.348+1.062×chestskinfold+0.552×abodominal skinfold-0.578×triceps skinfoldBone age 10-12 (boys):Body Fat Percentage=-48.642+0.724×waist circumference+1.011×BMIBodyFatPercentage=5.264+0.428×abodominal skinfold+0.447×scapular skinfold+0.408×thigh skinfold...
