Research purposes: This study aims to seek different effects of different sports programs on adolescents' body size,body composition,and bone mineral density,and then provide guidance for young people in scientific selection of exercise programs to provide a basis for future physical health of adolescents.Research methods: 1.Review literature on the differences in physical health of adolescents and differences in physical fitness among adolescents.2.Questionnaires were randomly selected among adolescents aged from 15 to 17 in the senior middle school of Linyi City,Shanxi Province.Questionnaires were used to eliminate,screen,and determine the subjects.3.Body mass measurements were used to measure the body size indices of the selected survey subjects,and body composition,body fat mass,and fat mass were measured using a Korean body composition analyzer.Finally,using the Omni-sense 7000 quantitative ultrasonic bone strength meter manufactured by Sunlight,the bone density of the tibia and tibia bone density of the subjects were measured.Research results: 1.From the perspective of body type,the difference between different sports preferences of young people is obvious.The basketball sport preference group had a larger body size and weight than the control group and other sports preference item groups(P<0.05).The hip circumference and lower limb circumference of the football preference group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).Aerobics athletes are more petite,slimmer 2.Body composition,aerobics athletes body fat content is relatively low,compared with the control group and other sports preferences group was significantly different(P <0.05).The percentage of body fat in the basketball preference group and the football preference group did not differ significantly from the control group(P>0.05).3.Bone mineral density,bone mineral density of the tibia and fibula in the exercise preferences group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the tibia and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.There are differences in the influence of different sports items onpromoting the dimensions,body composition and bone mineral density of adolescents.2.The difference in the influence of basketball on adolescents' body development is reflected in height,weight,waist circumference,leg length,and arm length.The differences in the influence of body composition development are reflected in the body mass index.The differences in bone mineral density development are reflected in the bone mineral density of the tibia.3.The difference in the impact of football on adolescents' body development is reflected in the length of hips,legs,and thighs.The differences in the influence of body composition development are reflected in fat-free soft body weight.The differences in bone mineral density development are reflected in the bone mineral density of the tibia.4.The influence of aerobics on the development of adolescents' body shape is reflected in waist circumference,hip circumference,and arm circumference.The difference in the influence of body composition development is reflected in the percentage of body fat.The difference in bone mineral density development is reflected in the bone mineral density of the tibia.Suggestion: 1.Basketball and football belong to the same field of strong confrontation.Through this survey,it is found that the height of adolescents who regularly perform basketball exercise is higher than that of football sport preference group,aerobic exercise preference group,and control group.Young people with short heights in their teens often exercise basketball after school.2.The bone density of tibia and fibular bones of youngsters who regularly perform basketball,football sports and aerobics sports events are higher than that of young people in the control group.It is recommended that young people with low T-value and thin body should have regular basketball and football after school hours.,Aerobics exercises.3.The percentage of body fat among adolescents and youngsters who prefer and frequently carry out aerobics exercise is lower than that of young people in the control group and basketball and football.It is recommended that the ratio of body fat accounts for the proportion of body weight among young people and between moderately obese and moderately obese people.Adolescents with severe and severe obesity perform aerobics exercises after school.4.The body mass index of each sports item preference group was higher than that of the no special sports item preference group.It is suggested that the young people should exercise more physically during their spare time.Among them,the basketball sport preference group has the highest body mass index,and organizes and encourages students to exercise basketball.
