Objective:The purpose of this study is to through the establishment of index of exercise prescription and monitoring of Xi’an City in Shaanxi Province, a total of 63 men aged 20-59 spinning Exercise for 16 weeks, to observe the population of different age male bone density and body composition of each index before and after the intervention of body movement, to study the changes of impact on people of different ages and male bone density the body composition of the movement of the population, so as to provide theoretical basis for scientific fitness guide. Methods:From 70 male primary, after 63 healthy men were randomly selected in line with the conditions of the investigation as the research object, 16 weeks of exercise intervention on the population dynamic bicycle exercise test, according to GXT, the Ventilation Threshold(VT) determination in subjects. Determination of 75%, 85%, 95% and 100%VT, the corresponding Heart Rate(HR) as the exercise intensity, exercise in each stage of the exercise intensity. To observe the effects of exercise on 20-59 years old male population of bone mineral density and body composition in the body of each index. The Bone Mineral Density(BMD), Bone Mineral Content(BMC), Weight(W), Body Mass Index(BMI), Percentage of Body Fat(PBF%), Body Fat(PBF), muscle(SLBM), Fat Free Mass(FFM) were compared before and after the exercise intervention eight indicators. Results:(1)The 20-29 years old male population changes of bone density and body composition: in the 16 week of spinning motion BMD and BMC showed a rising trend, and the BMD difference between before and after intervention was significant(P<0.05); BMC compared with before intervention the difference was not significant(P>0.05); W,BMI slightly increase in the movement after the intervention, compared with before intervention showed no significant difference(P>0.05); PBF%, PBF was gradually decreased in the process of exercise intervention, but compared with before intervention were not significantly different(P>0.05); SLBM, FFM were increased in exercise intervention after SLBM compared with before intervention, the difference was very significant(P<0.01);(2) the 30-39 years old male population changes of bone density and body composition in 16 weeks on bike in BMD and BMC showed a rising trend, the two compared with that before the treatment was significant difference(P<0.01); W,BMI decreased in the exercise intervention, but compared with before intervention there was no significant difference(P>0.05); PBF%, PBF was gradually decreased in the exercise intervention process, of which the most obvious increase of PBF(P<0.01); SLBM and FFM were increased in exercise intervention after SLBM compared with before intervention, the difference was significant(P<0.01);(3) the 40-49 years old male population changes of bone density and body composition in 16 weeks on bike in BMD and BMC were increased, and the difference between before and after intervention was significant(P<0.01); W,BMI increased slightly in after exercise intervention compared with that before the treatment, but the difference is not significant; PBF% and PBF decreased gradually in the process of exercise intervention, and there was significant difference compared with that before the treatment(P>0.05); SLBM and FFM were significantly higher in the movement after the intervention, the two compared with that before the treatment was significant difference(P<0.01);(4) the 50-59 years old male population changes of bone density and body composition in 16 weeks: BMD and BMC gradually increased, and the difference between before and after intervention was significant(P<0.01); W,BMI were decreased in the exercise, the decline was1.15%, 1.39%, but the difference was no significant compared with before intervention; PBF%, PBF decreased significantly after exercise intervention, and the Difference between before and after intervention was significant(P<0.01); SLBM, FFM after exercise intervention were significantly higher in the SLBM compared with before intervention, the difference is significant(P<0.01); 5) results in different age male population index changes of bone density and body composition of male population: with the growth of the age, the body of BMD, BMC decreased gradually, after 16 weeks of exercise bike every age male BMD were increased. In 16 weeks spinning movement 30-39 male population before and after the intervention of BMD compared with 20 to 29 year-old male crowd of BMD, all have significant difference(P<0.05); 50 to 59 years old male crowd BMD compared with 20 to 29 year-old male crowd of BMD, had very significant difference(P<0.01); Spinning movement for 16 weeks before and after each age stage male crowd W, BMI, there was no significant difference between SLBM(P>0.05), in 16 weeks spinning exercise intervention after 30-39, 40-49 years old age group of male crowd PBF %, PBF with the 20 to 29, compared to male crowd PBF %, PBF has significant difference(P<0.05), 50 to 59 years old male crowd PBF % of PBF with the 20 to 29 year-old male population, compared with significant difference(P<0.05); In 16 weeks, spinning movement before 30-39, 50 to 59 years old age group of male crowd FFM compared with 20 to 29 year-old male crowd FFM, all have significant difference(P<0.05), the movement after the intervention of 50 to 59 years old male crowd FFM compared with 20 to 29 year-old male crowd FFM, there is a very significant difference(P < 0.01). Conclusions:1.16 weeks for spinning movement in the period of peak bone key role of the young men, can effectively increase the whole body bone mineral content, improve the whole body bone mineral density, maximum peak bone mass, effectively reduce the incidence of osteoporosis of old age; In addition can increase the content of muscles, young men raise to fat weight, reduce the body fat percentage, to improve body composition have a positive impact; 2.16 weeks spinning movement for middle-aged men over 40 people, can slow bone loss, improve the whole body bone mineral density, effectively improve the bone health crowd; In addition to reducing the population of body fat and body fat percentage, raise content of muscle and fat weight, significantly improve the people’s body composition; 3.16 weeks spinning exercise to improve the effect of all ages men whole body bone mineral density(BMD), mineral content were very good, especially on 50-59 age group of middle-aged men effect is significant; cycling can effectively reduce the age male population of body fat content, to increase fat mass, especially of 40-49, 50-59 years old in the two age male population effect is remarkable. Recommended 40-49 and 50-59 years old can follow the prescriptions of the experimental campaign insist for a long time aerobic exercise, effectively maintain bone mineral content and bone density, reduce osteoporosis and fracture risk, reduce fat fitness, improve body composition.
