E-sport is an antagonism movement under the rules of the sport formula which used information technology hardware and software as the core instrument to carry out. It is the 99th Sports of our country.With the methods of literature, logical analysis comparative analysis of France, and other research methods, analysed the concept of e-sport, the project set-up and classification of e-sport events abroad and the status quo and the development of e-sport event in China,the status quo industries, sports management status,and the player status quo, concluded that the development of China E-sport obstacles include: first:there is a lack of continuity of national policy.though our country promulgated the "National E-sport race management practices" and other rules and regulations in 2007.However, the Ministry of Culture and SARFT issued a policy restricting the development of electronic games. Second:E-sport less professional e-sport athletes of our hobbies are basically at the stage, very few players as a career. Third, the exis-tence of e-sport community to the public opinion is always biased, intentionally or unintentionally, to the people of the harmful indoctrination of e-sport, the state is "to cut the escrow." Fourth, the lack of electronic games in China because of the countr-y's national standards for the management of e-sport competition rules and regul-ations does not provide for uniform standards, a national competition of "only a point of order, without uniform standards."Five clubs involved in the existence of barriers to e-sports sponsorship and less than the number of business enterprises, hardware facilities, standardization of training venues, training and other means there are less than scientific.Finally, come up with the development of China E-sports trends:diversification, brands, and professional. And on the development of China E-sports to propose the following:first a sound national laws and regulations. Second, step up publicity to re-create the true image of e-sports. Third,accelerating China's E-sport career.fourth to establish a sound process R & D institutions and establish their own brands and improve core competitiveness.
