There are rich resources, all kinds of new technology and media means under network environment, providing efficient collaborative learning environment,and necessary guarantee for the realization of mobile learning and construction of life-long education system. The level of Secondary school teachers' professional quality has close relationship with the informal learning activities at workplace and social environment, and also influence cognitive degree of student. Besides using formal learning forms, with characteristics as autonomy, diversity of informal learning, it meets requirements of teacher' socialization, offering a good learing platform.Based on the attention for middle school teachers' informal learning ability, under the support of the theory such as long tail theory and social constructivism, Author conducts this paper through the questionnaire and individual interview, chooses the case study of Shanghai and Hubei two middle school teachers' informal learning basic situation, to understand the factors which influence teachers' informal learning, and the function for professional development.Analyzed main problem of current teachers' collaboration informal learning,and do some pointed concrete practice and improvement according to basic situation.Through the text and content analysis method, combing the current informal learning situation, separately from aspects on collaboration tool, middle school teacher.The formulation of the questionnaire is scientific and standardized,meets requirements of reliability and validity.Through data statistics and descriptive, correlation analysis with SPSS,try to find the relationship between teachers' personal characteristics, external resources provided, and learning performance obtained.Based on the case study of middle school teachers,analyses the main problem of informal learning,then preliminary offers practical strategies to help teachers utilize informal learning.Try to find a set of practical and efficient way to optimize the essentials and professional development, promote foundation education performance.
