Study On A Professional Development Of The Elementary Teachers On Network Environment

The research analyzes that the development of teacher profession is keeping pace with the times, based on teacher professionalism, teacher professional development. Studying the characteristics of current resources and activities under the network environment, it's analyzed the role of network enviroment which effects the development of teacher profession. Combined with the status quo of development of teacher profession in Qianpu nanqu Primary school, it's analyzed the existing problems of development of teacher profession, and the factors which affects development of teacher profession under network enviorment. The research is to explores new mechanism, to discuss the new requirement, and to give suggestions of development of teacher profession under the network environment.I've learnt the modernization of school education and networking in education teaching situation in my school through on-the-spot investigation. I've also made the questionnaire survey and interviews to comprehend that information technology capability of the teachers in my school and the use of networks professional development. Combined with the network platform and its usage of resources in education and teaching application, It's analyzed the professional development on network environment of teachers in primary school. It is Discussed the revolution of teacher training mechanisms based on network environment, such as the building of a harmonious and in-depth cooperation among the education system, establishment of "enlargement" of the tutorial system, and use of the Internet to play a role as teachers. Aiming at the problems on in-service training system, the suggestion of the mechanism for training-based network platform is put forward. According to the new requirements on network environment for teacher professional development, it is recommended to protect the professional development of teachers from the policy level, optimize the network environment to promote the professional development of teachers, and enhance network behavior management to improve information technology.
