| Teachers,as front-line workers in education,are the key factor determining the success or failure of education reform,so their professional development has also become the focus of teacher education research.Teachers’ learning is the foundation and premise of teachers’ professional development,and teachers spend most of their time in informal learning.With the full implementation of new courses and new teaching materials and the advent of the age of lifelong learning,teachers’ informal learning certificates have attracted more and more researchers’ attention.Through literature research,interviews,text analysis,classroom observation and other methods,this study sorts out and analyzes the informal learning methods,goals,motivations,meanings,and influencing factors of high school biology teachers and analyzes the informal learning methods adopted by high school biology teachers before and after classroom teaching and its influence on teachers’ professional development,tries to construct teachers’ informal learning path and pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)development path,so as to provide reference for the professional development of high school biology teachers based on this.The results show that community interaction and reflective learning are the main informal learning methods of biology teachers,subject expertise and subject teaching knowledge are the main goals of high school biology teachers’ informal learning,time constraints and shortage of learning resources have become the main difficulties faced by high school biology teachers in informal learning.Based on the above research results,this study preliminarily constructed an informal learning path for high school biology teachers and a PCK development path,which provides a favorable reference for optimizing teachers’ informal learning methods and building a good informal learning environment,and also lays a foundation for further in-depth research on teachers’ informal learning. |
