The Teacher Professional Development Research In View Of Teaching Cases Analysis

Teacher professional development is the main purpose of teacher education, Countries around the world are exploring ways to promote the professional development of teachers. How to improve teaching and learning performance in classroom has been the core concern issue of curriculum and teaching reform, Improving the teaching effectiveness of teachers which is to improve classroom teaching and learning performance is the direction of Teacher Professional Development in curriculum and teaching reform.This study is based on typical teaching cases of outstanding teachers in their teaching career in Shanghai Jing'an Education College Affiliated school and interviews about outstanding teachers, Which obtains and analyzes some ways of professional development of teachers in teacher career, Involving gradual and abrupt process of teachers professional development, And analyzing the gradual and abrupt process.After the author searching about Chinese and foreign literature,I have found a broad array of reasearch about professional development of teachers. the study of The author is from a relatively new perspective of teachers professional development. Firstly, choosing a typical school; Secondly, selecting the typical teachers in the school; finally, analyszing these typical cases of these outstanding teachers. These cases are the crystallization of practical experience of teachers in the first line of work,which are their summaries about specific experience put up with hardships.By analyzing these teachers'teaching cases, starting from the concrete practice,Author hopes to provide some operational and actual ways for professional development of today's teachers on practice level.these extracted approaches by reasearch can not only contribute to family of the theoretical research of teachers professional development,but also brought imitable,available,worth considering idea for the new recruits in primary and secondary schools.
