In high school, faced with stress of employment, appeared exam-oriented education, it is much more common that teachers weight problem solving, light concept, heavy conclusion, light process, so the learning of math concepts for a long time is at a neglected status, many students also ignored the math concepts of study, but teaching in the double base,the paper basic theory and basic operation is usually generated by the basic concept and developed, and concept learning training mathematical thingking of students, therefore, in the new curriculum reform teaching good grasp of basic conceptsin learning is very important. So the influence factors of concept learning mathematics analysis is necessary so that students understand the importance of the concept learning in mathematics, better to grasp the concept. Frist, this paper introduces the definition of the mathematical concept, characteristics, classification, and the acquisition of theoretical knowledge of the concept. Then to obtain psychologist Jean Piaget constructivism learning theory, an American scholar Dubinsky's APOS education theory as the guide, under the guidance of concept of a new round of curriculum reform, with my teaching practice, the three main aspects, teaching materials, teachers, and students, from teaching activities, suppose a number of factors, if the capacity and the difficulty of teaching materials and contentstructure, teachers lack of knowledge on the new curriculum, ignoring the psychological characteristics of students, teaching art is not high, the students of knowledge, generalization ability and language skills, as well as poor learning methods and habits. And then prepare the questionnaire, through the practice of investigating the factors that the research hypothesis is indeed of high school students to learn mathematical concepts of factors, of these, a number of factors is relatively large, which is done by a detailed understanding of personal interviews, after analysis of all factors, some inspiration is made to the concept of teaching the teachers, teachers may create appropriate teaching situation in the classroom to stimulate students desire for knowledge, also, according to the spirit of the new curriculum, strong proponent of independent study will help students good study habits, while enhancing student learning, this mutual assistance can effectively promote them to better grasp mathematical knowledge, as for teachers, who can also understandeach student's learning through the cooperation, in short, the main purpose is to train high school students interested in mathematics learning, improve their mathematical thinking ability, this will be better able to learn mathematical concepts.
