With the social development and implementation of curriculum reform, the community's demand for teachers' degree of specialization higher and higher, thereby enhancing the level of teachers' professionalism is an urgent task at present.This article is mainly carrying out detailed comparative study on the three stages of the mathematics teaching process of mathematical novice teachers and expert teachers, in order to identify the differences between mathematical novice teachers and expert teachers, make clear the advantages of expert teachers and targeted train mathematics novice teachers, through training to shorten the growth cycle of novice teachers, so expand the procession of mathematical expert teachers.This study mainly through the use of questionnaire survey, interviews and classroom recording method compare three stages of teaching process which contains pre-class, class, after-class. Through a comparative study author educe: the first, compared with the mathematical novice teachers , the mathematical expert teachers at the planning and preparation stage of pre-class have more predictability and flexibility, also pay more attention to the needs of students; the second, the mathematics expert teachers' performance in all aspects of classroom teaching significantly better than the mathematical novice teachers, for example presentation of teaching materials, implementation and arrangement of teaching content, language behavior, and teaching attention and so on; the last, at the self-reflection stage of the after-class, the mathematical expert teachers' reflection major on the student-centered, but the mathematical novice teachers give more consideration to the validity of their teaching. Therefore we can be seen that the mathematical expert teachers in the three stages of teaching process are better than the mathematical novice teachers.Aiming at these differences, author makes some recommendations to improve the ability of mathematical novice teachers: the mathematical novice teachers is implemented reasonable pre-employment training and post training, thereby encouraging novice mathematics teacher professional development, enhancing capacity, rapid growth for the expert teachers and making contribution for the education of our country.
