Study On Dongxiang Nationality's Traditional Sports Culture

China is a nation with vast area, and the 56 ethnic groups constitute integrated patterns of the Chinese nation. Cultural diversity of all ethnic groups constitutes the integrity of human culture as a whole, and continually adapt to each other in the process of interaction between national, coordination, and common development. Due to the difference of culture, different cultures lead to national traditional spcls culture with their own characteristics. Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports culture is the crystallization of the Dongxiang nationality in the course of the development of national traditional culture, and it is an important foundation of Dongxiang nationality traditional culture and important resource, as well as the integral part of national traditional sports culture in China.As stated by the sixth section provisions of the sports law enacted in 1995 "support the sports cause of minority area, cultivate minority sports talent"; 15th section stipulated "the nation will encourage, and support minority civil traditional sports project of excavation, arrangement and improvement". In the summary of 2001-2010 sports reform and development by the states sports general administration "further develop the advantage of minority area, carry out national sports resources, do national traditional sports project of mining, and arranging and promoting work". It is of guiding value, which develops national traditional sports culture policy, and mining, and arranging and promoting national traditional sports activities ". Formulation of the above laws and regulations fully shows that countries stress the minority traditional sports development, therefore protection and development of traditional sports culture of minority nationalities is imperative.Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports, as an important form of traditional culture and the important carrier of culture, not only reflects the value of Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports culture, but also signifies the hopes of Dongxiang nationality's cultural inheritance and protection, integration and development.For researching purposes, documentation methods, system analysis, logical analysis, comparative research method and other methods are adopted. First of all, it starts from the formation of Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports on the basis of external and internal environment analysis. Second the analysis is conducted from the Dongxiang nationality areas of geographical and environmental factors, national distribution and migration, transport, religious belief of the factors a study on formation of Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports. Finally it is an analysis of the factors on the formation of Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports culture so as to seek a path of developing Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports culture. Conclusions of the thesis are as follows,First, Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports are an integral part of Dongxiang nationality's social life, which is closely related to the nation's natural environment, the production, the economic life and customs seen from its origins and development of unique content. Dongxiang nationality traditional sports are the various physical activities in the nation with the cultural characteristics of the nation. Second, the Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports culture is an important component of Dongxiang nationality traditional culture. It is a reflection in the Dongxiang nationality groups of socio-political, economic, military, cultural, religious beliefs, and customs. Third, Dongxiang nationality traditional sports culture has its development and transmission.Other nations'identity is one of the important factors, apart from this national efforts; in the daily life of Dongxiang nationality, the people solute each other with "saetar", and they are closely connected with each other with their own language, keep their own traditional culture from the assimilation of the other cultures. Their languages and national psychology is another factor of Dongxiang nationality traditional culture. Fourth, Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports culture is rooted in the Dongxiang nationality's traditional culture. Leaving the traditional culture soil, Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports culture will no longer exist. Fifth, in the Dongxiang nationality's culture, special Islamic culture of Chinese cultural mode and normal mode coexist. From this point of view, the structure of Dongxiang nationality's traditional sports culture is inseparable from traditional cultural background.
