The national differences in social structure are based on the fundamental differences between the national society for the social class or social group. By the field survey of different nationalities in Urumqi, Atushi, Kashi and other places, we found that all ethnic groups in Xinjiang had distinct characteristics in their development process. There are a lot of broad and profound social structural differences in their social, political, economic and cultural development these differences. These differences have been following the nation's psychological influence, so that the performances of psychology in various ethnic groups are different. National concrete developments and its specific location in the social structure is different, the national psychology shows are different.In this paper, we will compare the social structural differences from the population, industry, occupation, education and urbanization of different ethnics in Xinjiang. All this is based on the results of field surveys in the areas which we are talking above and the literature material. Then, in order to help local social development, we will analyze the different characteristics of the national identity and national consciousness, the political and economic psychology and the nationality intercourse mentality.
