Research On Countermeasures Of Campus Instructors Effective Replying Sudden Public Events

In recent years, the world is in the adjustment period of development and changes today.Political multi-polarization and economic globalization are developing.Science and technology are developing rapidly,and talent competition is increasing fiercely.Development of higher education has posed a severe challenge to the current situation,with various contradictions appearing, so that sudden public events of universities are increasing year by year, which seriously effected physical and mental health of teachers and students,and threated college normal teaching and management and life order of teachers and students. It also damages the reputation of university and lead to a negative impact of society. The college instructors, with the important role to deal with sudden public events of universities,is policy executor and growth leader of students. Therefore, it is important and urgent that we need to strengthen study on how to deal with sudden public events of college instructors.First, this paper reviews the relevant research of home and abroad. On the basis of the existing research, it discusses the types and characters of the sporadic public events from the concept of the sporadic public events. According to the characters of sudden public events of universities and combined with the results of sample surveys and the results of interviews of college teachers and students, this paper discusses and analyzes its causes of appearance from the community level, the level of natural factors, universities instructors instructors'level, students'level, the college instructors'level. Seen from it, those factors cause the appearance of sudden public events of universities because of the conflict between kinds of comprehensive factors and college students'thoughts. Most college instructors lack of the coping skills when they face to sudden public events of universities. They can't guide the students effectly too. Therefore, this paper proposes the guidelines and principles which how to face up to the sporadic public events. And it educes the shortage and the affect factors. It also objects to the preventive management guidance and coordinate the integration of all resources so that improve work effect when college instructors deal with the sudden public events of universities. It constructs public events strategy system and educes pre-made prevention strategies, subsequent disposal strategies and recovery strategies of difference types of sudden public events of universities,which can provide some guidance to enhance ability of university instructors responsing to sudden public events.
