Having gathered numerous top-ranking universities, America is one of the countries that have the most developed higher education in the world today. And the reason for it is that American colleges and universities have a team of excellent teaching staff. As the main force and important human resources of colleges and universities, teachers shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating talents. Teaching staff of high-quality can not only get more scientific research funds but also attracts more excellent students, which promotes popularity of colleges and universities. Therefore, teachers play a crucial role in the construction and development of a college or university. So how to select and recruit excellent teachers becomes the first question for the administration of American colleges and universities.
