The Study Of Carrying Out Professional Practical Sports Education In Medical Colleges

Ministry of Education issued "National Ordinary College Sports Curriculum Teaching Instruction Summary" in 2002 pointed out that the university sports teaching goal was: Movement participation, movement skill, health, psychologically healthy and social adaptation and so on five domains. The nature of the PE, defined as " an important way to implement the education for all-around development and raise the full scale development talented person"[1], showed a clear direction about the sports educational reform in the university. Since physical education ends with graduation, all the colleges and universities, during the crucial stage, must have the outstanding teaching strategies varying from person to person. Furthermore, it will be of great significance for the students to realize that the correct physical skills and health care education will influence themselves to cultivate a good habit of doing exercise regularly during the lifetime.People-oriented, health first, lifelong sports personality development are the general guiding principles of physical education. The medical universities are very strong expertise targeted ones,so the physical education should have their own unique style: first,every student should have healthy and strong bodies.They must have rich and deep comprehensive knowledge about sports health care and exercise fitness. Next, they should also have the ability to guid patients as well as all the populace correctly and reasonably to do scientific and effective recovery exercise and healthy sports. Moreover, they can start out the right and effective exercise prescription. Although in recent years research of college physical education,which has a lot in common to some extent , has become increasingly prevalent and far-reaching, studies of physical education about medical universities need further investigation because many of them are still in an embryonic stage. Above all, few studies have been conducted on sports teaching in Hebei Medical Universities. Based on the situation mentioned above, survey method, literature material, statistics and logical approach will be carried out to elaborate the professional practical sport education.Studies showed:1,Facing the more complex and high-intensity working conditions and the situations of increasing occupational diseases, all kinds of Physical quality and knowledge about professional sports care must be enhanced to fit their"quasi occupation". It is a strong social demand to carry out "professional practical Sports" in medical colleges and has important practical significance.2,Physical education in most Hebei Medical Colleges doesnot combine the exercise with knowledge learning thoroughly, nor do they practice the thoughts of lifelong physical education; the relationship between teachers and students need further improving; and the teaching reform in colleges having carried out "professional practical sports " should be enhanced more thoroughly.3,Most of Medical colleges' staff who are in charge of sports management in Hebei Province have a good understanding of the"professional practical sports"problem, and students has a great demand to carry out "professional practical sports ", which has laid a solid foundation for the professional practical sports teaching reform.4,The medical colleges in Hebei Province need to be further improved in many aspects --- instructors' population, teachers'condition, professional teaching ability and educator's state of knowledge, idea of education and teaching , passion for educational reform and so on --- for the current level influences the process of"professional practical sports"reform.5,In recent years, physical education in most medical colleges of Hebei Province has improved to some extent. However, they can not meet the students'satisfactory for physical exercise according to the present demand of teaching and the Spare Exercise. The development of facilities in many universities is so imbalanced that they cannot carry out the"professional practical sports"teaching reform.6,Undoubtedly some majors in a minority of medical colleges of Hebei Province are able to carry out "professional practical sports" teaching reform, while the conditions of majority colleges need to be improved.Finally, the thesis proposes some innovative ideas and basic measures for developing professional practical sports teaching. Therefore it is an important topic to be studied urgently for most of the medical universities to carry out professional practical sports teaching.
