| Leisure sports is a new industry in China.With the continuous development of the social economy and people’s living standards improved,more and more time has been freely controlled by people themselves,and people’s requirements for leisure sports have become higher and higher.As an important part of leisure,leisure sports play an increasingly important role in today’s increasingly competitive society.With the development of leisure sports industry,the demand for leisure sports talents is increasing.There are more and more institutions of higher learning in our country,which are making great efforts to bring into play the characteristics and teaching level of the colleges and universities,and train professional personnel in leisure sports who are in line with people’s needs.The development of leisure sports is facing new opportunities and challenges under the strategic background of promoting the integrated and coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Our province occupies a favorable position in the region and has a vast space for development.The demand of the society and the development of the industry are all facing great challenges.Sports industry is a health industry,a sunrise industry and a green industry,and it is an important part of the modern service industry,and its prospects for development are vast.At the same time,leisure sports industry is the foundation of sports and an important symbol of the harmonious development of society.Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,people’s sports in Hebei Province will surely get faster development.This article takes the training of leisure sports talents in the undergraduate colleges and universities that set up leisure sports majors in Hebei province as the research object,and adopts methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.This paper analyzes and summarizes the enrollment status,training objectives,curriculum,teachers,teaching materials and facilities of leisure sports major in six universities in HeBei province.It is hoped that this paper can provide a theoretical basis for promoting the sustainable development of leisure sports venues in Hebei Province and strengthening the training of leisure sports professionals.The research results are as follows:(1)At present,our province relies on the advantages of coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei,and at the same time vigorously promotes the construction of leisure sports.However,the training of leisure sports professionals in Hebei province started late,the curriculum is not perfect enough,and the quantity and quality can not meet the needs of the current society.(2)Due to the wide variety of leisure sports professional projects and the large demand for equipment and facilities,Hebei Province currently suffering from imperfect venues and equipment facilities,lack of teachers for sports and leisure majors,and tight funding,students’ enthusiasm and satisfaction for leisure sports learning are affected,and students’ development in skills and practiceare blocked.(3)At the present stage of the vigorous development of the leisure sports industry in Hebei Province,the demand for talent quality is also getting higher and higher,and the quality of talents in some leisure sports-related industries is relatively low.Some people have strong theoretical knowledge but their own ability and physical quality are poor.The display of related skills is not enough.Some athletes and coaches from the use of their own quality and skills are very strong,but their theoretical knowledge is relatively scarce and they has not received professional knowledge training.(4)The employment rate of graduates of leisure sports majors in Hebei universities is relatively high,but the employment direction is relatively single. |
