Nowadays, the internet has already been tangible for ordinary people. The decrease of the price of hardware makes it easier to get the internet devices such as computers, cell phones and so on. Meanwhile, the permanent lowering of internet service and the popularity of 3G networks make people get online at any time and place. More and more people get information and knowledge through the internet and the internet has already become an important way for their study. Due to the popularization of the Internet, network services are highly demanded more and more for people. In recent years, cloud computing as a hotspot in Cyberspace has been received attention from the field of educational technology. Cloud computing are IT resources as the means of service to provide. Almost all IT resources can be provided as cloud service: applications, computing power, storage capacity, networking, programming tools, up to communications services and collaboration tools. Every technological innovation in history has been an effect on our society, even in the educational field is no exception. Collaborative learning based on cloud service is the expand and extend of Computer Supported Collaborative Learning .This article will elaborate the concept and characteristics of cloud computing and analyze the feasibility of its application in education combining with the basic theory of collaborative learning, and it will analyze the characteristics of collaborative learning based on cloud service on the theory of Computer Supported Collaborative Learning. Finally, it will design collaborative learning proposals based on cloud service using existing cloud service.
