Provide the basis for the training of Teacher autonomyThe revision of primary and middle school teacher autonomy questionnaire (Meng Xiaolei, Guo Cheng,2010)designs to make it more structured higher reliability and validity of measurement tools and provides an effective tool for the scientific measurement of primary and middle school teacher autonomy. Based on the previous research of home and abroad as well as the results of the open questionnaire surveys, depth interviews and the discussion of the study group, then through analysis of the original questionnaire carefully, further revises the teacher autonomy model which is applicable to the Chinese primary and middle school teachers. Using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, on the revision of reliability and validity, the final structure model of the revised questionnaire is determined. As a measuring tool to reveal the developmental characteristics of teacher autonomy of the primary and middle school.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The four—order factor of teacher autonomy consists of self-directed, self-control, initiative and self-reliance(2) The revision teacher autonomy scale of primary and middle school teachers has good reliability and validity which Can be regarded as the as the psychological survey tools of the research of primary and middle school teacher autonomy.(3) The development level of teacher autonomy is only in the middle level. Teachers have higher levels of self-reliance, and initiative and lower levels of self-control.(4) The development of teacher autonomy generally is not significant in difference of sex and age(5) There is significant segments difference of teacher autonomy Specific performance in the following:junior high school teachers'has he highest level of self-control, besides factors of self-control, senior high school teachers'autonomy and self-directed, self-reliance and initiative is higher than the junior high school and primary school teachers'.(6)There is extremely significant academic difference of teacher autonomy.Specific performance in the following:Master degree teachers' autonomy and self-reliance were significantly higher than undergraduate education and specialist education teachers'. Undergraduate education is the highest level of self-directed and initiative.(7) The development level of teacher autonomy is significant difference in the school type that the teachers in Key school teachers autonomy is superior to teachers in ordinary schools; The level of self-directed of common school teachers is higher than Key school teachers, on the contrary, The level of self-control and self-reliance is higher than ordinary school teachers.(8) There is extremely significant regional difference of the teacher autonomy, the development level of eastern teachers' autonomy is higher than the central and western teachers...
