This paper is from the concepts and basic nature of conditioning training angle, based on and directed to the National Women Basketball Team(NWBT)'s preparation in GuangZhou 2010 Asia Games, taking empirical study on goal system, the status diagnosis, program development, implementation, training methods and means of conditioning training of the NWBT. Figured out the result that the Conditioning Training coach Al Biancani's high efficiency on phsycial training methods and means that concreting the team's conditioning basic, forming tough body shape, increasing international competence and helping the team win the trophy in GuangZhou 2010 Asia Games. The main research results as followed:1. In accordance with the schedule for each month, the training program is divided into pre-season, season and after-season, taking week as a unit while combining different conditioning state into different positions, specially designed the conditioning training with targeted individuals program and considered from whole year game situation, carrying out every week train plan details, which reflected scientific and thoughtful plan of conditioning training.2. Each season's characteristic vary from the other. Preseason has high intensity, large sport volumn, sports load gradually increased; Inseason maintains high stimulating with low intensity, no influence on game preparation; Afterseason positively recovers, fully adjust players body. These all showed very reasonable characteristic for his strength and conditioning training.3. Normal strength training uses a systematic method, focused on developing full part muscle of human body, balanced the different strength of upper and lower body and changed the incorrect strength training concept, reflecting great systematic traing idea; Normal speed training takes ABC training method as core part, combines with Five-steps starting training method, requiring standard techniques of running mechanic, which proves his rigorous training concepts.4. Basketball strength training employes Plyometrics method with machines and basketball skill, making upper and lower body, core strength, knee, ankle, finger and wrist these body joint working together, combining with the physical contact gestures in the game, transfers the normal strength from basketabll strength that specially proves his intergratation and specailization of training idea.5. Basketball speed training is based on correct and standard mechanic with the elements of rebound, slide, pivot, carioca and so on, using fast arm-waving and feet training, catapult and tubing training that contained the realistic game situation factors. Improved players ball controling ability and showed pragmatic and direction of his training notion.6. Basketball endurance and agility training method is considered from the player's situation and basketball condition, adopts fullcourt three-on-three offence and defence, fast break three-on-two, zig-zag dribbling, diamond drill and twelve spot cycle training method which a great prove on his comprehensiveness of training.7. Coach Al Biancani enhaces the aerobic training, strengthenes on diet control and body fat training efficiency, finally decrease the team averaged percent of body fat. Plus the fact that all player improved their target state conditioning test results is a self-evidence to make the state that his training method is very efficent.
