A Research On Application Of Educational Quality Model Combining Three Certificates In Quality Management Of College Physical Education

Physical education of university as an important part of university education, the educational goal is improved with the social development needs of talent. How to develop high-quality personnel has become the common concern of the higher education of the world. Physical education is changed with the help of higher education in the 21st century, to become the national education, lifelong education, education of democratization and modernization. Completion of college physical education curriculum faced with severe challenges and deeper improvement the quality of university education in physical education is imminent.This study identified the practice of PE quality management model which is constructed by "educational quality model combining three certificates" educational quality management model in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences. And with the help of literature, survey questionnaire, logical analysis, mathematical statistics etc, the aim is to analyze the necessity and feasibility of the quality management of PE which is founded under the "educational quality model combining three certificates" education quality. According to the study of the background, basic system and practice process of "educational quality model combining three certificates", and find that it is workable to use PE quality management course to improve the quality of education of PE curriculum:①the establishment of "people first" and "student is the first customer" of Physical Education Quality Management philosophy course;②create a high level of faculty support;③conscious of full participation;④enhanced sense of responsibility of work⑤enhanced sense of responsibility in the implementation of the work of the university quality management in physical education from learning and thinking, research and capacity planning, execution and implementation capabilities recording and tracking ability⑥carry out student self-elective course that is to promote awareness of teachers to improve their own quality;⑦course quality control system matures;⑧enhanced student and teacher's awareness of environmental safety and occupational health;⑨continuous improvement of physical education system provided the theoretical basis In summary, the research on the "educational quality model combining three certificates " educational quality management for construction and development of university sports programs provides a steady flow of power. Physical education in university plays an important role in enhance student's health, fitness knowledge, skills and scientific capacity to exercise, physical concept of lifelong fitness and lifelong physical activity interests, abilities and good personality, mental and physical harmony, to become a trained personnel in modern society and the future society.However, the pattern still exists some problems in practice of physical education in university:①"product" of the dual role;②"product" quality, "customers" test;③best to satisfy the "customer" needs. Still need to refine and improve the problems:①to further strengthen the university of physical education teachers;②to strengthen the development of physical education curriculum resource;③to reduce the university's physical education curriculum hazard;④the establishment of the club system.
