The traditional evaluation methods of muscle endurance and velocity strength generally neglecting the individual body size's impact on the test results, this paper searched and presented a new evaluation method of muscle endurance and velocity strength based on the allometric theory which has been widely used in biological circle, and also extensively explored and utilized in other fields such like geography, sociology, ergonomy, physical rehabilitation and so on. This evaluation method, on the basis of traditional test methods of muscle endurance and velocity strength, adopts two indicators----"normalized muscle endurance" and "normalized velocity strength" to evaluate muscle endurance and velocity strength, eliminating the impact on the test results which comes from the body size difference from different groups. The object of this study was 184 (ages 19 to 22) normal, healthy and not physical education college undergraduates from Captital Institute of Physical Education; the main research methods of this study were experimental method and mathematical statistics method. Divided into two parts, all the experimental participants were measured by 3-D platform and field test, gaining their muscle endurance results and velocity strength ones. The data process also had two parts, the first of which was to calculate the allometric parameters of every test for male and female respectively (based on the first part of experimental participants), and the second of which was to obtain the normalized muscle endurance and normalized velocity strength (based on the second part of experimental participants), using the allometric parameters having been calculated in the first part, then to analyze comparatively the evaluation effect of both the measured results'percentiles and the normalized results', and to analyze comparatively the correlation between the partial muscle endurance (or velocity strength) and the integral muscle endurance (or velocity strength) before and after the normalization respectively. Conclusion:(1)The application of allometric model to establish the indicator of normalized strength, to some extent, is able to eliminate the impact on the test results which comes from the body size difference from different groups.(2)When applying the allometric theory to evaluate the muscle endurance and velocity strength, it is suitable to take the individual mass as the indicator of individual body size to obtain the normalized muscle endurance and normalized velocity strength, but not the lean mass or the height.(3)The allometric parameter has specificity, so when applying the allometric theory to evaluate the muscle endurance and velocity strength of different groups of different body size, it is suitable to orient the specific allometric parameter for different groups and different tests, and then to calculate the normalized muscle endurance and normalized velocity strength.(4)The partial muscle endurance (or velocity strength) is not able to represent the integral muscle endurance (or velocity strength)...
