Research purposes In reference to the relative research results concerning Sanda strength training and based on the strength training theory both in China and abroad, this thesis makes research, combs and analysis on the contents and corresponding questions of strength training(including means, methods and requirements of strength training, training load arrangement, training intensity control as well as strength training experience of coaches). This thesis aims to find the current relative problems of regularity in the contents of strength training for advanced Sanda athletes among sports associations in provincial, city level and sports colleges and universities, integrate these principles systematically, enhance them to a theoretical level and eventually establish a whole set of male Sanda athletes strength training programe, so that both coaches and athletes can well utilize the theories from the system and train under scientific guidance, thus effectively improve the training level to twice the effect with half the effort.Research methods The literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental tests and mathematical statistics.Conclusions 1 Strength content:Male Sanda strength training contents in foundation stage and recovery period Upper limb maximal strength training content: barbell bench press, barbell high doubled, the clean and jerk, barbell bicep, prone, handstand pushup;Upper limb speed strength training content: quick barbell bench press, barbell flat fastpush, pinch light dumbbell punch fist, behind-the-neck weights press, push-ups with patting hands, pull-ups, etc;Upper body endurance training: the flat barbell bench press, barbell press, pull-ups, push ups, push cart, tie fist punch;Maximum strength training content of the trunk: barbell deadlift, barbell lifting, barbell high doubled, high doubled sit-ups, weight abdomen, weightprone arch back and so on;Contents of velocity and strength training of the trunk: quick weight lifting, quick barbell high doubled, bent-over barbell rows, barbell shrugs, pull-ups and so on;Contents of trunk endurance training: weight lifting, barbell high doubled, bent-over barbell rows, bent leg dead lift, suspension training, the prone position at both ends;Lower limb maximal strength training contents: barbell Squat, barbell Squat, calf Raise, leg curl, seated leg curl, stiff-legged deadlift, sliding load,etc.Lower limb speed strength training contents: barbell Squat, quick leg curl, seated leg curl, quick stiff-legged deadlift, split kick with rubber, etc.Lower limb endurance training contents: barbell Squat, quick kicks for more than one minute, leapfrog, short walk, squat jump,squat step in kicking, etc. Male Sanda strength training primary contents of pre-competition:Upper limb strength training contents: the main parts contain playing sandbag(target) exercise with boxing, boxing against and boxing combat, the subordinate ones are fitness facilities(barbell, dumbbell) exercise;Strength training contents of the trunk: the main partscontain wrestle dummies, wrestle against and wrestle combat, fitness facilities(barbell, dumbbell) exercise is secondary;Lower limb endurance training contents contents: the main parts contain kick sandbags(target) exercise, kicks against, kicks combat, the subordinate ones are fitness facilities(barbell, dumbbell) exercise. 2 The focus of training type is different depending different stages. In the basic strength training period we pay greater attention to the development of general power, which as based on developing maximum strength. The pregame strength training is mainly focus on developing and maintaining specific strength, which centers on fast strength and endurance training. 3. From the performance point of view, speed is most important, followed byendurance and then maximum strength. Three types of strengths, which are closely interrelated, cannot exist independently of the other two types. Maximum strength is the base, fast strength is the core and endurance is the guarantee. 4. The muscular group strength of the trunk is the core for the performance of straight punch, hook and round kick, which is guaranteed by the muscular group strength of the lower body. 5 The difference between outstanding athletes and the general group of athletes 5.1 It is found that there is no difference between outstanding athletes and the general group of athletes with general strength(represented by the bench press, bench pull and load crouch), the maximum strength of the upper and lower limbs is in the same level on the whole; and there is obvious difference between outstanding athletes and the general group of athletes with general strength( represented by the lumbar muscles, abdominal muscles and trunk). The maximum strength of trunk is not in the same leve. It has obvious difference between outstanding athletes and the general group of athletes with the hitting power of specific strength(straight punch, hook and round kick). The strike force of specific action is not in the same level. 5.2 Comparative analysis of outstanding group and common group of Sanda athletes mechanics: action completion time, there was a significant difference between the straight punch finish time was not significant, the whip leg completion time there exists significant difference; motion velocity, straight and whip leg were very significant difference; swing was significant difference; action angle speed, straight elbow and whip leg hip with significant differences, swing shoulder has extremely significant difference; the action point of view, change in outstanding group straight punch shoulder joint angle is larger than the general group, excellent group of swing angle changes of shoulder joint is less than a fist like group, rely on trunk rotation drives the upper limb strength, excellent group the whip leg hip initial angle was opened more than general group. Therefore, Sanda athlete strength training, should be targeted to reduce the single action time, speed up the action speed, increasing the angular velocity, the reasonable control of the joint angle. 5.3 The strike force attenuation of hook and round kick of Outstanding Sanda athletes is smaller, for the general group of Sanda athlete the strike forceattenuation of hook is larger, and hitting power dispersion of Outstanding Sanda athletes is smaller, the performance is more concentrated.
