Research On Several Relations Of Strength Training For Male Freestyle Wrestlers In China

The development of a kind of strength quality, inevitably restricted by other strength quality, in competitive, if simply think that the improvement of key strength quality of a project will improve performance in the end, the single linear thinking way is heavily impacted in the training and practice of athletic, especially in elite athletes level stage. Based on this understanding, this research completed the biggest strength, strength endurance, fast strength, stability strength and anaerobic, aerobic ability test through the literature review, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, and test method, and further researched on the relationship between them and put forward to directivity disciplinarian of strength training from the angle of relationship through quantitative research approach, make contribution for athletes training and rich scientific system of strength training in our country.The research results of this study are as follows:(1)this study choose four kinds of power form of Male Freestyle Wrestlers in China, including : biggest strength(weight:0.298), fast strength(weight:0.244), strength endurance(weight:0.178), and stability strength(weight:0.280), and determined the evaluation indexes and weights of the various strength.(2)All strength existed significant correlation with activity level(p<0.05,p<0.01,p<0.001),of which, the maximum strength had the highest correlation with it(r = 0.672, p < 0.001), the stability of power had the minimum correlation(r = 0.354, p < 0.05).(3)In addition to the stability strength, between each other strength quality had significant correlation. Stability strength existed the situation of the positive correlation(p < 0.05), there are also the situation of the negative correlation(p > 0.05,no significant).(4)Comprehensive strength existed significant correlation with all endurance indexes(p < 0.05, p < 0.01, p < 0.001), the correlation of endurance indexes existed difference, there are positive correlation(·V o2 max and relative average power: r = 0.554, p < 0.01), but also there are negative correlation(·V o2 max and power decrease rate, r = 0.547, p < 0.01).The research conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Male Freestyle Wrestlers should develop fast strength and strength endurance on the basis of the maximum strength, especially in the outbreak strength of the fast strength and the strength endurance level of high strength.(2)Stability strength have positive regulatory role, research suggests: Stability strength training can accelerate the promotion of fast strength.(3)Although strength training and endurance training may be exist a concurrent interference phenomenon, but still should pay attention to the basic role of aerobic endurance, develop the anaerobic endurance on the basis of it, and to further improve the level of the power of athletes.
