The Study Of Constructing College Counselors SNS Network Platform

Currently, the Social Networking Services (SNS) which represented by "renren. com" in the college students are generally welcomed. At the same time, with the increase of the enrollment of university students and the requirements of work, as well as the pressure on the works, consequently, counselors feels more powerless of the maintenance of the exchange and communication with each student, as well as obtaining students'ideological trends. Coupled with the growing number of psychological problems of students and the spread of reactionary statements among networks, enormous challenges has been brought to counselors to perform the functions of educational management. Counselors, who are urgently needed under this new situation, have to conduct the management of the college education efficiently. Judging from this, this study, which regards the network platform for counselor of Grade 2009 in Department of Sports Communication & Journalism from Beijing Sport University as example, through literature, questionnaire, data statistics and logical analysis and interview, aims to study and discuss the construction of "Bo Han Information" before and after, also summarized the regulation to take use of "renren. com" platform to conduct education and management of students, at the same time, provide reference for college counselors performing their duties.After reading relevant literature, meanwhile, analyzing the SNS, concept, history, actuality, function, this study, combined with the duties and responsibilities of counselor and the concept of network platform, analyzing and summarizing the characteristics, significance, and potential problems of "renren. com" network platform. On the basis of theoretical analysis and interviews, this study proposes that from six dimensions-the relationship between information and communication, interpersonal communication within the circle of rational, internal links strengthen, the formation of public space, the results of dissemination and the equal communication-prepare the questionnaire and the construction of experimental platform "Bo Han Information". Using questionnaires before and after the experiment platform to build the statistical indicators, simultaneously, combined with interviews, the typical case in process and the consequence after the interviews, the study concluded the following conclusions:The circle of counselors' "renren.com" has capabilities for self-constructed; building network platform for counselors should continue to enhance the position of counselor for the purpose of leaders to build the core content, building counselor network platform benefits counselors'management; adding the target population is conducive to the formation of educating people of full circle; in the construction process, the counselor should take the initiative to accept the supervision and the guidance of departments and faculties, as well as avoid working solely relying on "renren.com".
