Under the idea of lifelong education, it's important to communicate between job, leisure and education for adults. That's the origination of recurrent education.As the steps with knowledge renewal and social development become much faster, young white-collar suffer from enormous stress from body and spirit, They have great demand for career advancement and leisure pursuits. All of them form the foundations that promote young white-collar participate recurrent education. But nowadays, young white-collar haven't participate recurrent in large-scale. So barriers of paiticipating recurrent education become the core of research. In order to show and explain the state of young white-collar's participation to recurrent education, the thesis put forward the topic:A research on young white-collar's barrier of participating recurrent education. The purposes are rationalize the barrier of participating education in career and leisure time, find out the resons and make some advances by moving into young white -collar's life.The thesis contains five chapers.Chapter one is instruction including research background, research significance including theory and practical, research foundation.Chapter two explains the key words that are young white-collar, recurrent education and participating barrier. Then introduce the study design which includes purpose, hypothesis, methods and investigating questions in the thesis.Chapter three is research literature review. This chapter expatiated the phases and achievements of both western and eastern studies on subjective of young white-collar, recurrent education and participating barrier. Then the thesis can know some features about young white-collar, familiar the developing level about recurrent education and state the barriers during the participating of adults. The review is the background of next investigation.Chapter four is presentation of the study results. It includes four parts. The first part is cognition refer to recurrent education for young white-collar's. The second part is situation about participating recurrent education. The third part is presentation of participating barriers. The fourth part is some resons to form barriers.Chapter five is analysis and discussion. The writer concludes the participating barriers and analyses why the barriers form. Then put forward some suggestions from young white-collar, educational institution and social environment. At last, reflect the deficiency of the research and look into the related study in future.
