Study Of Young White-collar's Leisure Learning

This study consists of six chapters, the present abstract is as follows.Chapter One is Instruction. During exposition research background, discussion research practical significance and theory significance, it limits and explains the implication of the "youth white-collar" and the "leisure study".In addition, it clears the "leisure learning" research perspective and research dimension.Chapter Two is literature review.It sorts out and analyzes "youth white-collar" and "leisure learning" domestic and foreign literature, which defines the current research. This review not only for the study provided a good reference, but also laid a based on theoretical and empirical research.Chapter Three is the study design. First, it clears purpose, object, content, route of the study. Then, it determines main methods of the study (questionnaire-based, interview-supplemented).Finally, it introducts the process of questionnaire design and the overall structure of the questionnaire, as well as describes the useing process of software.Chapter Four is the study results and analysis. Through statistical analysis of survey data, it shows the basic situation of young white-collar groups, the status of young white-collar leisure learning and the impact factors of young white-collar leisure learning, and then carrys on the scientific theory to data analysis's result.Chapter Five is conclusions and recommendations.This chapter inclues two sections, section I, according to the previous chapter of analysis conclusion, codes and analyzes the interview material, finally draws the research conclusion. From young white-collar own and the external environment, section II, combining the issues, proposes the views and suggestions to deepen, help and serve young white-collar leisure learningChapter Six is the summary and reflection. It recalls the course of the study, summarise findings of the study, looks for the lack of the research and looks to the future of study.
