The rapid development of information technology and network technology not only affects the social and economy life, but also has enormous influence in education. The application of new technology and new media can improve the teaching quality, and enhance the teaching effect. It also poses challenges for teachers. Teachers should master the information technology, integrate original teaching skills with information technology effectively, and improve teaching skills under information technology environment. Only in this way can they use the modern informational tools freely and integrate information technology with subject curriculum effectively. It can improve the efficiency of teaching. In recent years, many colleges and universities across the country have carried out different levels of teaching skills training. The use of Micro-Teaching on teachers' teaching skills training has achieved good results especially.But Micro-Teaching has limitations on time and space. The popularity of high-speed network makes training under network becomes an effective way for teachers'teaching skills training. How to use the internet to help teachers improve teaching skills quickly and efficiently in information technology environment has become a concern.At present, both domestic and foreign academic circles have the research and applications about using the network education to training teachers' teaching skills. But most of them only provide complete classroom video, and don't pay more attention to the training of teaching skills. Few researches combine class case videos and teaching skills. They only provide the form of teaching skill training by vertical dimension. Meanwhile, most of the training providers which provide distance video training service rely on windows media player or real player. This makes the training system can not provide cross-platform training.Based on the above analysis, the research of this paper mainly focuses on the following aspects:Firstly, this paper summarizes the research and application on teaching skills at home and abroad, and puts forward some problems in educational training.Secondly, this paper describes the theoretical basis of teaching skills training, and analyzes concepts and classification of the traditional teaching skills. Then we propose the concept and classification of teaching skills in modern information environment. At last we describe the related development technology used in the system of teaching skills training in information technology environment.Thirdly, this paper does a intensive study on the key techniques and rules of the system of teaching skill training, mainly includes video class case and its selecting principles, the technology of video class case logical slice, and the strategy of personalized recommendation of video class cases, especially the technology of course content synchronization based on flash video playing. This technology can ensure the cross-platform of our system. These technologies lay foundations for the design and development of the system.Fourthly, with the analysis and research above, the paper designs a teaching skills training system under information technology environment, including system architecture, main function modules, resource package structures, database of this system and so on.Finally, according to the design, we develop the training system, and implement the function of integrating categories of teaching skill, video class case and teaching process. Learners can watch and study a certain kind of teaching skills of teaching process to improve their teaching ability.The features of this paper lie in:1) Through researching the classification of teaching skills under information technology environment, this paper part an excellent course video sequence into several sections in logical. Then the two parts combine to form video clips of corresponding teaching skill.2) The system can implementing cross-platform using flash video playback technology, and provide teachers' teaching skills training both vertical and horizontal dimensions. Horizontal dimension is that the teacher can study teaching skills in all teaching activities of a whole class from start to finish; Vertical dimension is that the teacher can only learn a certain kind of teaching skills. When watching and studying one certain skill, learners can jump timely to relative and different video class cases to learn and compare the same kind of teaching skills through the corresponding action.
