Along with the nation's encouraging the comprehensive university to cultivate the elementary and middle-school teachers and the implementation of the Teacher's Certificate System, it has been broken that only normal university can cultivate the teachers. If the normal university can't improve the student's quality and occupy the specialty and advantage superior to the comprehensive university, it will lose the leading position in the field of the teachers training, and the graduates wiH lose their competitive advantages. Meanwhile, the main task of higher teacher education is transforming from the quantity meeting to quality improving, so cultivating the specialized teachers is the reforming direction and innovative point in the teacher education. Teacher-training students—future teachers, who must own not only their systematic major knowledge but also the skillful teaching skills, are able to accomplish their teaching career successfully in the future education, if they want to succeed, they need the middle school classroom teaching skill cultivating and training, because the teacher's teaching skills directly decide on the teaching quality and success or failure, a teacher with poor teaching skills is unlikely to make a great achievement. However, among all researches, there are more researches on the teacher's ability and quality, and less ones on the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students. Therefore, this thesis has an important value in both the theory and practice. This thesis mainly explores the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students, and its contents are as follows:PartⅠ. Introduction. Analyzing the research background, its theoretic and practical significance, its necessities, and its feasibilities.PartⅡ. Literature review. Based on the research literature, this part illustrates the connotation and extension of the teaching skills, summarizes the main methods on cultivating the teaching skills domestic and abroad, and briefly remarks the achievement and deficiency in the present researches.PartⅢ. Definition. This part mainly defines the terms involved in this thesis, such as, the teaching skill, the classroom teaching skill, the middle school classroom teaching skill, methods, and cultivating methods.PartⅣ. Survey on the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students. According to the aims of research, compiling Questionaire on the Methods of Cultivating Middle School Classroom Teaching Skill for Teacher-training Students, understanding the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students through poll survey and interview, analyzing the factors of the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students, and then providing the effective evidence to better and improve the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students.PartⅤ. The factors of the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students. This part mainly analyzes the factors of the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students from the interior and exterior factor. The interior factor mainly includes the students' love to the profession, their individual characters and interest, and their exercise and the degree of efforts. The exterior one mainly includes the managing system in normal universities, the teaching reforms of the teaching schools, the scale and environment of the class, and the teacher's quality and guidance.PartⅥ. The thought on the methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students. This part mainly discusses the principles and the specific methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students. On the basis of the former researches, this thesis puts forward five principles as the basic requirements for cultivating methods: the combination of science and arts, all round way and specialty, step by step and consistence, the skill cultivating and theoretic knowledge, and the advance of means and practical possibilities. According to the present middle school teacher's requirements, this thesis also puts forward main methods of cultivating middle school classroom teaching skill for teacher-training students: the value-oriented adjusting method, the case study, the teaching simulated drill, the micro teaching, the research-reflection study, and the teaching practice.PartⅦ. Summary and reflection. This part mainly illustrates the conclusion and reflection on the incompleteness.
