Time and space is all the basic form of sports physical existence. Badminton sport development today, whether in the innovation and development tactics, or in outstanding show oneself, with all the special performance of time and space together. So, for badminton movement characteristics of time and space, also has a pretty big significance. This paper utilizes the literature material law, expert interview, video observation statistics and mathematical statistics method, with a world high-ranking 13 players as the research object, between to them in 2009 to 2010 in 28 67 innings in game of high level times video statistics and analysis, and objective reveals the badminton men's singles match today high level of space-time characteristics and laws for athletes, coaches, and provides reference basis for games. The results of the study indicate that:1. During all the games, the excise time and competition density of the first set is superior to that of the second set and third set. The round interval time grows longer with round sport time. The ratio between round interval time and round sport time is mostly 2.3/1.2. At each stage, the ratio of losing point is higher than that of winning point. Scorings mostly appear at the 3-8 shot down. The ratio of either wining or losing point after the eighth shot is more than that in the first two stages.3. All the players have the same characters on technical and tactical options and strategy. For men's single badminton games, the strategy is controlling the net-based, supplemented by subsequent field compression. The features of shooting in the mid-front space are mainly outsides, while in the back space are forehand dominated.4. Backcourt is a"double-edged sword" of the players. The more score points the players get, the more direct loss they will receive. The score (542 points) under favorable batting conditions is the main scoring point, accounting for 60.0% of all the scores and showing a high scoring rate (20%). Lost point (907 points) in the normal state is the largest, accounting for 63.1% of all lost points. The batting performance shows a high lost point rate (25%) under the adverse conditions.5. Lindan mainly fights back to the other player more on the backcourt, either up front or the back of the court.6. Whether batting position is good or not has a little influence on the outcome of the game. Hit frequency under the favorable and unfavorable state has some impact on the outcome of the game, but not decisive. The ratio of scoring in the favorable state and normal state plays a key role in the outcome of the game.
