Research On The Effect Of Swing-assisted Training On Badminton Hitting Techniques

Research purpose: This paper aims to enrich the teaching means of badminton batting technology,enhance the interesting of badminton batting technology,reduce the learning difficulty of badminton batting technology,and promote the popularity of badminton.Research methods: By using the methods of documentation,expert interview,teaching experiment and data statistics,this paper evaluates the effects of assistant training of swing on the four indicators of swing speed,hitting distance,accuracy of landing point and technical evaluation of the experimental object’s high clear and lift technique,taking 32 badminton special students as the experimental objects.The conclusions of the research on the auxiliary training of swing are as follows:1.The swing-assisted training can improve the swing speed of forehand high clear and lift,promote the efficiency of speed transmission in human upper limb joint chain,improve the whipping action of hitting ball and enhance the hitting effect.2.The swing-assisted training can optimize the movement structure of forehand high clear and lift,improve the stretch of hitting,and enhance the technical standardization.3.From the point of view of hitting distance,swing-assisted training can promote the improvement of distance;from the point of view of landing,there is no difference between the two training methods,swing-assisted training can not help the accuracy of landing point.4.Forehand high-range ball,forehand picking ball and backhand picking ball,as representative techniques of forearm inner rotation and flexion,forearm inner rotation and extension,forearm outer rotation and receiving ball,have achieved good results in the auxiliary training of swing,which shows that the auxiliary training of swing is applicable to the teaching of badminton batting technology.
