Effect Of Group Mental Training In College Students' Ideological And Political Education

Group mental training is a form of counseling education which gradually arisen in colleges and universities for a way to improve students' physical and psychological health optimize individual psychology quality and solving the problems of students' individual development in recent ten years. Group mental training refers to that under the group situation using the methods of psychology training and group dynamics theory, with the strength of group and various application psychology technology, make group members help each other and achieve self-help, help members to learn new behavior, gain new experience, and eventually enhance psychological quality, promote the process of personality all-round healthy development. However, group mental training is still in the early development stage in our country, usually used in athletes training and competition, social practice training and operation, related theory study also relatively limited. In school education, group mental training mostly use to enhance the quality of psychological health of university students, application in ideological and political education is rare. Along with the group mental training widespread application and thorough practice in various fields (especially in colleges and universities), psychological skill training as one of the most effective form of counseling education has got more and more ideological and political education workers' attention and become extremely rich vitality new things. Group mental training used in ideological and political education having the extremely significance for improving the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education, rich ideological and political education ways and measures.This paper uses the literature analysis and cross-disciplinary research methods, the group mental training carries out the exploratory research in ideological and political education. First, elaborate on group mental training, make people fully understand the psychological skill training and relationships of ideological and political education and it, clarify the psychological skill training is important in ideological and political education. Second, combine with the practical characteristics of university students, use training of"power of feeling","power of will","power of self-assessment","power of control"which emotional adjustment ability for university students, will quality, self cognitive level and antis tress for guidance and training, fully reflect that group mental training plays a role in ideological and political education. Once again, according to existing problems in developing of the group mental training in ideological and political education, analysis the corresponding reasons, and from four aspects of concept, team construction, work way and system propose increasing effectiveness approach of group mental training in ideological and political education. Thereby improve university students' ideological and moral qualities and psychological quality better, promote the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities running smoothly.
