Research On The Role Of Mental Health Education In College Ideological And Political Education

At present,China is in the process of deepening the reform and opening up.People's material living standards have been greatly improved,and people's spiritual outlook has undergone earth-shaking changes.However,with the rapid development of China's market economy,competition has become more and more prominent in various fields.Coupled with the popularity of the Internet in the process of social development and the widespread and rapid dissemination of information have made the body and mind not fully mature.The psychological activities of college students are inevitably affected.This requires universities to pay attention to and truly play the role of mental health education when they carry out ideological and political education for college students,and to include them in the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,in order to open up effective ways of ideological and political education for college students in the new era to promote the all-round development of college students.This article firstly combs the connotation and relationship of mental health education and ideological and political education.Secondly,it systematically expounds the necessity and feasibility of playing the role of mental health education in college ideological and political education.Thirdly,through the use of questionnaire stars to survey college students and the data obtained will be carefully summarized and rationally analyzed.It explores some problems existing in the current role of mental health education in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,the solution is proposed.Find out the practical path of mental health education in college ideological and political education.This part is the focus of this paper.Mainly includes four aspects: transforming the traditional education concept,paying attention to the organic combination of the two educations,strengthening the cooperation of the education team and optimizing the educational environment.It is hoped that the completion of this paper will promote the scientific development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to a certain extent.
