It is not only a prerequi- site for resolving the distribution of national income, but also related to the ability of a country long-term stability. College students are part of the employment group who has a high-quality, dynamic forces of social development. The employment of univer- sity graduates in total employment occupies a pivotal position.At present, China's employment pressure of university students and employment situation is grim, mainly reflected in: employment system from a planned economy to a market economy, college students choose their own jobs, the employing unit basis of merit; a wide range of colleges and universities to expand enrollment, increasing number of college students employment, increasingly fierce competition, supply exceeds demand, the concept behind the employment of university graduates, over the pursuit of stability, lack of confidence in their own businesses and so forth.Employment of university students is not only college students can achieve per-sonal self-worth issue ,but also is China's building a harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics and an important content, as well as the healthy and har- monious society as a whole an important measure of sustainable development.In this paper, the research on the employment opportunities as a public good, with non-competitive, proceed by the government to explain the government respon- sibilities and the importance of university students in employment. Macro-economic regulation of the government as one of the community have the responsibility to apply political, economic, legal and a series of measures to help college students full emplo- yment, to ensure social stability. Facing the pressure of China's employment of university graduates, the employment situation is grim. The research on employment of university students carried out the causes of difficulties: the continuous spread of the international financial crisis led to the jobs for college students reduced, the current colleges and universities of professional settings and personnel needs of the market imbalance,"sex" discrimination in the employing unit also prevalent and so on. By learning from foreign governments in promoting the employment of university students work and the achievements, this paper focuses on the specific measures which are taken by the government's supporting for the employment of university students: To clarify the government's role and functions of the position under the premise of accelerating economic development, increasing posts demand. Supporting the employment of university students were incorporated into the budget system to provide the necessary financial aids. Deepen Reform and strengthen employment guidance to help students design career planning. Coordinating with various governm- ent departments in order to make concerned efforts to promote the employment of university students.Employment is currently a hot issue of academic research in many articles and books. Compared with the other articles, this paper has two innovations: Firstly, seizing the representation and the speciality of employment of university graduates and college students are separate objects of study for analysis. Students are the part of the work force with high quality and influential characteristics. Studying this problem of employment of university students is very significance. Secondly, we can see that the factors that can affect the employment of university students mainly in three areas by exploring the issue: government, society and individuals. Only from the Government's point of view, I am a creative that I focus the promotion of employment of university students on the government responsibility which can not be shirked and reference to the measures which are taken by foreign government for supporting the employment of university students. We put forward the employment of university students into the work of the government system to provide the employment of university students the necessary policy, material and financial support.
