Research On The Countermeasures Of Wuxi City Government To Promote The Employment Of University Graduates

The employment of university graduates has always been a hot topic in society.With the development of our country,the contradiction between university graduates' employment and social demand is becoming more and more prominent.University graduates are excellent talents trained by our country and important components to promote our political,economic and cultural development.It has important theoretical and practical significance to solve the problem of university graduates' employment and promote the long-term harmonious and stable development of society.By using the methods of literature research,summing up,comparative analysis,deductive analysis,this thesis analyzes and studies these points from finding problems,analyzing causes,and drawing lessons from home and abroad,and then puts forward my personal suggestions.First of all,from the current situation and existing problems of university graduates' employment in China,this essay analyzes the subjective and objective reasons that cause difficulties in university graduates' careers,entrepreneurship and competition in recent years.According to the current situation of promoting the employment of university graduates in China,the government needs to do something to intervene.Secondly,it briefly summarizes the contents of the Countermeasures Wuxi city government has done to promote the employment of university graduates,and analyses the actual effects and shortcomings of the government.focusing on the current situation of employment of university graduates in Wuxi,and the countermeasures adopted by the government to promote university graduates'employment,this essay analyzes the achievements and shortcomings,and why.According to the relevant literature on promoting the employment of university graduates at home and abroad,the experiences and lessons of these countries or regions are compared and studied.Based on the successful experience of other countries and other regions in promoting the employment of university graduates,combined with the characteristics of university graduates in Wuxi,this essay summarizes effective countermeasures for Wuxi city government to promote university graduates,employment.At last,the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the countermeasures of Wuxi city government to promote the employment of university graduates.The government,as the organ of state governance and social management,has authority and coercion on top of all other social organizations.The government should give full play to its functions in the employment of university graduates.In view of the fact that the employment situation of university graduates is still grim and the employment pressure is still increasing,the government should further improve its employment policy and ensure its implementation from the aspects of effectiveness,motivation and feasibility.On the one hand,the government provides the law for university graduates' employment or entrepreneurship.On the one hand,it provides some support and reward for the enterprises that receive university graduates' practice and employment.Establish a policy evaluation system to revise and improve the employment policy through the evaluation of the results.The education structure and industrial structure of China are not in harmony,and their adjustment is very slow.The government must strengthen 'macroeconomic regulation and control under the premise of respect for market regulation,and improve the imbalance between them.Together with schools,media,employers and social organizations,the government will set up a good employment platform for university graduates' employment by means of information technology,and exchange the latest employment information to form a benign employment system between government,school and society.This study will provide a theoretical basis for further solving the problem of university graduates' employment,and provide suggestions for Wuxi municipal government to promote university graduates' employment countermeasures from multiple perspectives.It can also help the Wuxi municipal government to know more clearly about its role in promoting the employment of university graduates and to better exercise its responsibilities.It provides support for maintaining the stability of the social order and promoting the constructionof a harmonious society.
